I had a horrible experience with this company as it relates to communication - After gathering information and back and forth, I guess I was too demanding because I never heard back from them after we were in the middle of talking about some projects (with multiple attempts)

What a pleasure it was working with Michella and Casa del Mar! From the very start of the t shirt project to the end was seamless! Michella was very patient and answered every question in a timely manner. Our department's t-shirts, over 400, were perfect! All the managers and employees were so impressed! Craig and his staff do the highest quality work of any printer I've worked with. If you want professional looking promotional items, look no further!

The review by Jessyka was while she was employed by us, and it is wholesale inaccurate gibberish. Craig was given an incorrect file by the reviewer, printed that file, and when the order came out incorrect, he rectified the situation at no charge to us. We terminated the employee shortly thereafter. We love casa del mar, Craig, and continue to print through them regularly.

I've ordered a ton of merchandise from Craig at Casa Del Mar in the past year and have always been satisfied with the quality of the products and Craig's customer service. The prices can be a bit steep, but that's expected when ordering customized items.

Craig was very helpful and full of great suggestions when I was overwhelmed by the amount of options. Plus, he personally delivers some of the items to make sure you're completely happy with it. A few plastic cases I ordered broke in their boxes and he immediately offered to credit my account for the damaged goods.

I have been working with Craig for over a year. My first order was for custom embroidered t-shirts. The work was done correctly and in a reasonable time frame. I placed my second order in August 2012. Craig spent many phone calls with me discussion possible items to use as a give-away. He displayed infinite patience and when we decided on the best items, the work again was done on time and on budget.
Most recently, Craig contacted me again. He had just returned from a trade show and was excited about items that may be suitable for my organization. I appreciate his great customer service

I started my order with this company after I received an email from a Craig on my linked in account. I'm all about supporting local business and they were giving me great rates. Until, I proofed a logo and made some changes. The shirts came back with the unedited logo, and they tried to tell me that's how I ordered them. I THINK NOT. Turns out my sales man Craig, was out at a convention and their Art department did this on their own.
Then try and sell us the messed up logo shirts for 20... No 15... No 12 $ a shirt ... I said $5 a shirt and that's all we will pay. After 3 hours,
