Services
At Integrative Health Partners, we practice the integration of three powerful therapeutic approaches: mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dynamic psychotherapy. The most important thing about psychotherapy is that it is responsive to the needs of the individual. We want to give you some general information about our approach here, but we invite you to communicate with us directly about your situation.
Increase your ability to cope with stress and other mental health struggles such as anxiety and depression. Mindfulness-Based Sobriety (MBS) is a clinical method for treating addictive behaviors that integrates three evidence-based practices: Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Relapse Prevention Therapy (RPT).
Integrative Health Partners offers telehealth services to current and new clients. This technology is crucial to care in many situations, including times when social distancing is prudent. Most insurance plans are covering telehealth, and some are even waiving co-pays and co-insurance fees for patients.
Integrative Health Partners is located at 30 N Michigan Ave, at the corner of Michigan Ave and Washington St. (across the street from Millennium Park and the Bean). When you enter the building, security will ask you to show a photo ID. Please take the elevator to the 10th floor and follow the corridor to the right, to Suite 1008.
Mindfulness is our ability to be completely present. With it, we can be calmer, more accepting, and more responsive in our relationships. Mindfulness is a kind of non-reactive awareness that allows us to be more effective and more compassionate, in touch with our inner wisdom and purpose. Even though every human being has this capacity, we rarely cultivate it.
