Azura Living, our parent company, is Wisconsin-based and family-owned. Azura Living created its name from the Latin word for "blue sky". It fits nicely with the clear, crisp skies over Wisconsin where Azura Living is based. It also speaks to our founders' desire to create an inspiring company with a healthy and positive environment for our guests, residents and team members.
Azura Memory Care provides compassionate, relationship-based care and transformational programming for those in need of memory care. We offer a secure, warm setting with caregivers skilled in dementia and Alzheimer's disease care, which makes us an excellent alternative to other Wisconsin nursing homes and assisted living communities.
Azura Memory Care is committed to working with the best, brightest and most dedicated in the industry. We see each member of our team as a critical partner in the mental, physical and spiritual development of our residents. Azura Memory Care is elevating the standard of care in Wisconsin with creative services, innovative therapies and caring relationships.
Five core values guide the decisions we make as Azura Memory Care team members and as a company:. Core Value Awards are given each quarter to our Team Members who truly show that they are living Azura's Core Values while assisting those within our family of care. Nominations can be submitted by anyone, including YOU!
Azura Memory Care provides the highest-quality of loving care to each of our residents. This level of quality care doesn't just happen by accident. In fact, Azura has a number of Quality Assurance Programs to ensure these services are regularly monitored and maintained. The standards listed below are just some examples of what makes Azura the right choice in quality care.

Azura is wonderful! They really get to know their residents. The Activity department goes above and beyond to provide amazing experiences. Each activity is geared to the residents favorites memories. They do a wonderful job connecting to each of them and transforming Azura into a real life moment. The staff is like family, the love is shown throughout all they do.

Azura Memory Care has a unique philosophy of Care, "MOSAIC", for people with Dementia. They go above and beyond when it comes to educating their passion to all their team members. Azura is a Great Advocate for people with Dementia. They Aspire to live to enhance the quality of life of their residents. Goals and intention are essential for assessing the outcomes of people with Dementia versus outcome alone. They have good leadership in the community to advocate for your loved one.

I happened to go behind said girl and witnessed this resident lying flat on his back choking and regurgitating carrots. I then proceeded to scoop the carrots out of his mouth and then sat him up right. He was fighting for his life with covid and also had

My family had my mother at Azura for about 7 months and did not have a good experience. The training they say their staff receives was not evident to us in some cases. If I had to do it over, I would visit several facilities and ask a lot of questions about expectations, behavioral and medical interventions and costs.
