The team at Willowick is dedicated to fulfilling what we like to call "EverydayWows." An everyday wow is that extra something special. Though it is not clearly defined through words it is a tangible sentiment that, once experienced, is undeniable. While modern society has embraced the fast paced and ready-mixed customer service methods, we at Willowick value quality service and genuine human connections.
We do this by maintaining the dignity of each individual and honoring each person's choices. Everyday wows occur via helping each person be present and engaged as an active individual, and being mindful of the large and the small things that make life worth living. Willowick has Certified Nursing Assistants on staff 24/7, with a Nurse on site during the week and available by phone 24/7.

Services
Willowick was started by a local Registered Nurse and a health care administrator who live and work in Rock County. They believe that comprehensive, quality care and services can be provided in a beautiful setting at a reasonable rate. They are actively involved in all aspects of the management of the day to day operation and are available and passionate about the care and services at Willowick.
Typical assisted living monthly rates start between $4000 and $4500 and go up from there. It's not unusual to find a monthly rate for one person of between $5000 to $6000 and higher. It's typical for a "base" monthly rate to not include add-on services such as medication pass, additional care, transportation, and other services and amenities.
Does the community have specialized staffing patterns? Staffing patterns in memory care are not typically the same as in traditional assisted living. Ask about this! We have dedicated staffing positions and specialized staffing ratios for memory care. Does the community have specially designed and inviting buildings that include custom activity and living areas?
Private dining room that can be reserved by residents and families for private parties, holidays, and get togethers. Activity room where residents can engage in individual activities or have group activities with our activity coordinator.
In addition to a wide selection of onsite activities, we also have community activities such as shopping, meals out, special events (trips to New Glarus Bakery, Baumgartner's, Angel Museum, Tallman House, etc per resident preference and ability to participate).Patio, interior courtyard, and space for gardening for residents, cook-outs, and families to have "together time."
