Once you get their attention, they do a great job that's both fast and affordable. Since I've moved to Dallas I've gone to them a couple times and was very satisfied. Also, they keep late hours in case you can't get to them during regular business hours.

These fellows are true gentlemen! We've been to Hamm's twice and both times we've received speedy and honest service. Today was our second visit, we'd just gotten a flat and repaired it with emergency sealant and so I was expecting to need a whole new tire. The gents at Hamm's repaired that tire as well as another I had that was low and charged me a paltry $12! I was surprised, but I really shouldn't have been- we've gotten nothing but first class service and I can't recommend Hamm's enough.

I was excited to try this place, I had heard good things. I had an oil leak. Dropped it off at 8 AM on Wednesday. Was told a couple hours. At 5 PM I called them and was told they couldn't get to it and needed to keep it until Friday. Poor communication- strike one. Thursday was Thanksgiving. Friday I'm told they'll get to it first thing in the morning. I hear nothing. I call at 430 PM and am told it's a dealer only repair. Poor communication again, as it was not "first thing in the morning." Strike two. Saturday I go to get my car back and was told they mainly do tires, ball joints and suspension

Super professional and top quality service. The gentleman who looked over my tires gave me an honest assessment of the wear and tread of my old ones when I asked and didn't try to push me for a package deal. There's no frills here, but the guys immediately get to work on your tires and work hard. A great experience.

Unfortunately, my experience at this location was subpar.
Because of an inventory issue, and not being called when the service was completed, the process took nearly 5 hours.
When asking to confirm that they performed the alignment included in the deal, I was told "yeah, I think so". In addition, no evidence of my new tires' warranty was provided; instead I was reassured that they've "got me in the system". Worse yet, they left my spare tire in my passenger seat instead of putting it back in its housing.

(regarding state inspection) Decided to go here as they were open later than other state inspection facilities I was nearby and they were an easy trip as I wrapped up with new tires put on (elsewhere) my car to pass inspection. I got there and they were able to help me right away before doing so we started having some small talk about my sunroof problems, and the battery being replaced recently, and the dealer clearing out my computer codes while trying to assist with the sunroof problem. Jose at Hamm's did a great job! There was a nail in our tire and they fixed it for $10. There was no wait and the team was friendly, fast, and provided quality work. They also seemed to be the only people open on a Sunday night. Thank you again Hamm's!!

I have used Hamm’s in Lewisville and always had great service and quality work at a fair price. You can’t go wrong with them. They are honest and fair. I had work completed on my truck on June 26th. They got it in and out all the work completed that day. Again great business and Sam runs a great shop! Go see them.

I was on a road trip with my family and saw that our tire was deflated and looked like it was punctured. Decided to stop by Hamm's Tires to see if they could help out. They patched our tire and also changed out our spare for the newly repaired tire. They were also nice enough to check the tire pressures in all our tires to make sure everything was good to go. Professional and friendly. Thank you to the people who helped us and for the great customer service. Highly recommended for sure.

Friendly staff and are open late to 12 AM. Been here twice as an Uber driver. Quick to get in and out in no time and isn't expensive. No bs.

I love everything about this place. All the employees are friendly and VERY helpful. Being a women is to trust a tire/mechanic spot but I'd definitely recommend it here.

I was here not even a month ago when we had a snow storm to get a new rear tire. Hit a pothole on I-30 so I had to get a new tire. The guy charged me $120 for a brand new tire. Today I noticed my tire on the driver's side has a bubble. I don't like mismatched tires so I went back to Hamm's. This time they want $125 for the same tire I bought from them not even a month ago. I've always gone to this tire shop and for the first the ripped me off !!! I am always giving business to them and for them to do me the way they did, was wrong!! I trusted them to do my alignment, I am a female and I guess they assumed I didn't know what an alignment was like or how long it would take. But they were wrong, they literally had my car on the lift for 2.5 minutes and brought it down and told me it was fixed. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since this shop is very well known and been there for years but DO NOT TRUST THEM ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A FEMALE GOING ALONE !

There's nothing like having a flat at 9:30pm and trying to figure out how the hell you're going to get it fixed, because your spare is also dead. That's where this place comes in. The service was great as well. They had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. I'd definitely come back here!

Found this business because we had a nail in our tire. Not only were they open late but they were very nice and quick. The entire experience was 15 minutes and only 10$. I highly recommend them for all your tire needs.

I waited a good 10-15 minutes and not one person stopped to help us or even tell us to wait. I got out of my car twice and still no one even acknowledged me. I understand this place can get busy but the service could be a bit better. I went to the other shop right in front of Hamms.

Chose this location because they were still open when I got out of work. Fast friendly service at a good value. Will definitely return.

When I get a flat, I usually tow my car here because their service is straightforward. Pull up, ask how many tires you want, and no up selling like major brands. So basically hassle-free, local, and fast. Knowing a little bit of Spanish might help and I would definitely call ahead because they are usually open when everyone else is closed

Charles and Juan were so amazing I came in with a bent rim and Didn't know what to do I was out in 20 minutes or so. Plus I was able to get my inspection so they were just to riffing very professional friendly And took care of business. I cannot stand dinner with car issues but they didn't hagel me or po gyp me it was a great experience

Have to add that I also God a state inspection and Eric was so courteous professional thorough and gave me a diamond nugget on info to go to kroger or Tom Thumb or fiesta to pay your Carver adjust ration instead of happen to go to DMV And deal with
