Absolutely disappointed. Took time off of work and pulled my daughter out of school for an appointment, only to be denied service because we didn’t have a face mask. Our options: PURCHASE a face mask from them or leave. Let me also make it clear that neither of the front desk personnel had masks on.

I had been going to Dr Florentino for years but she is not as good as she use to be with fillers. I went to her bf my daughters wedding and received a fuller and Botox. Botox worked great but the filler did absolutely nothing! I even made an appt with her afterwards to show her. The assistant said she could not tell a difference in the bf and after pictures. Dr Florentino tried to show me the improvements but there were none.
She also recommended a tx for my lower chin which consisted of about 6 tx - no improvement.
I have psoriasis and had some weird bumps on my feet; she said I don’t know

Dr. Florentino is not only highly qualified, and expertly trained, she also will take the time needed to deal with issues that arise in healthcare and need attention. She is a physician who is highly trained but also cares about the well being of her patients. She is highly recommended by our family as she has successfully treated a variety of issues and is also extremely pro-active in preventative medicine and in treating the whole patient.

I had an emergent situation and needed to see a dermatologist quick. I was referred to another office by my insurance that didnt have availabilities until February. I found this office. I read some reviews and was nervous about my visit. I was so pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and knowledge of the physicians. Im grateful for this diamond in the rough.

My family and I have used Evans Dermatology for a couple of years. Previously, the exams have been incredibly thorough, though yes, we have had to wait. We didn't mind due to the quality of care; everyone was kind and really attentive to details. This time, the wait was a bit shorter, but the annual exam and removal of a small mole (benign--no one called; I got a message from UH online) was less than 8 minutes! The lidocaine didn't even have a chance to take effect (but believe me, the pain was pretty minor compared to other things I've gone through). My feet were not examined, nor were some other

We were referred here due to my baby having a rash. I don't feel like he got a full examine and we were told it looked like flea bites. I called 2 different pest control companies trying to find out what was biting my baby. Turns out we didn't have any bugs. The rash was getting worse by the day. I finally found another dermatologist in SC and we found out my son had a staph infection. I feel like if he was examined fully maybe we could have resolved this a week ago.

The folks at Evans Dermatology are awesome. I went in today to have a general skin check and everyone from the front desk staff to Dr. Florentino were super friendly. Dr. Florentino took time with me to make sure I did not have any questions or other concerns while there. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a Dermatologist in the Augusta/Evans area.

(IMO) Fraud:
1. I called ahead and was told this doctor was in my network, and a cancer screening was 100% paid for by the insurance company. Almost two months later, I get a bill for $50 from Evans Dermatology. I called up the insurance company, and they said Evans Dermatology billed them for a "medical issue," - not a screening. There was no medical issue. In my opinion (IMO), this is fraud.
2. Also, the doctor (Frances Florentino) spent less than five minutes with me.
