DRUNK AND HIGH DOCTOR

I was recently seen at this office (and will never be back)! While I sat and waited over 15 mins completely undressed waiting on the PA I over heard the nurses outside my room talking about Dr Fitch and her taking Xanax at lunch to get high and treating the wrong spots on patients and that nobody cares. They were also talking about how drunk she gets before driving home and that the office manager and the PA knew about it and do nothing. How can these nurses and PA's know that the doctor that they are working for is high and drunk and mistreating patients and not say

Dr Fitch was very rude and not professional in the way she spoke to me. She came in the room and before introducing herself or saying hi she demanded I put a mask on and said “put your mask on right now.” I said I don’t have one and I wasn’t told to wear one in the waiting room the entire 20 minutes I was there. She proceeded to be rude and tell me it was mandatory by law and have an attitude about it instead of just nicely asking. It was the way she approached the situation which will make me not be returning. She also did not even take the time to speak to my daughter who was being seen

There are a lot of negative reviews but I had a really good experience. The doctor was very understanding and knowledgeable and the staff was all very pleasant.

Very odd experience. You initially walk in and are met with very unprofessional signs taped to the wall that order you to be on time. But they then keep me waiting in a cold examining room in my underwear for 15 minutes. Since my first skin cancer 15 years ago I have had regular yearly mole checks. It's a fairly straightforward procedure we're typically a PA will look at just about every inch of your skin. Simple as that. At Aiken Dermatology they asked me whether I wanted a full body check or just from the waist up. Who the heck checks their skin for skin cancer only from the waist up? I asked

I don't know why everybody's leaving such bad reviews. I had a great experience here. Everybody was very nice, and one thing that I noticed was every patient walking out all had a smile on their face. I Saw Dr. Stephen who is Dr. Fitch's assistant. He was very communicative and overall a really nice guy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dermatology office to friends and family.

If you can get past the rude phone girl with a lot of insurance info. or wave money at them which I offered, (I didn't have the medical cards) you'll might get a appointment!!>Even if you been there before. I went there once seen Finch, won't return she gave me a wrong diagosis. My husband seen Stephen Rosier he liked him said he took care of all rashes/poison ivy.
You'll probably have better luck looking in Augusta, Evans GA.or Charleston.

I have visited Aiken Dermatology twice now. On both occasions I was called into the back soon after arriving, and the doctor sees me within a few minutes. It's nice not to have to wait for hours during an appointment. Dr. Fitch and all the staff I have dealt with have been friendly and professional.

I will definitely return if I have future dermatologist needs.

I agree with everyone Rude and stupid place!! Could not even make my husband's appointment with Stephen Rosier I didn't have his medical insurance cards in front of me. He has them, he out of town not dead! Even worse he was a patient there who ALWAYS PAID HIS BILL! I seen Finch once, giving me a wrong diagnosis told me to find someone else. I did in Charleston!
Don't waste your time! Look in Evans Ga.they have good doctors .

Rude, unhelpful staff. I'm new to the area and had a sudden bothersome skin tag I needed removed. She practically laughed when I asked if I could get an appointment as soon as possible. So I asked if she could recommend another option and she said "I don't have an answer for you". I called a clinic in Augusta and got in that day thankfully.
