They were very prompt in getting me in on my appointment time. Didn't have to wait more then ten minutes. Everyone there was very nice and helpful from check in to checkout. Dr. Cely was very professional and through with my exam and even made suggestions for the sunscreen to use for my skin while outdoors.

During a routine checkup with my primary physician, I discussed the blister-like spot that had developed on the tip of my nose. He referred me to Savannah River Dermatology. A biopsy there showed the "spot" was cancerous and needed to be removed. My surgeon turned out to be a young doctor with an ominous last name, but Dr. Paine assured me that she was a good "nose number." She successfully removed the growth as part of a procedure that involved taking skin from my forehead and growing it into a tiny "tube" from which she crafted and grafted me a new nose tip. Been very pleased with my care here. My PA, Tracey Shaffer, is always upbeat, very professional & listens to any concerns I have. I like this practice so much I insisted my husband go here for some suspicious spots. Tracey and Dr Paine have taken terrific care of him when those spots turned up melanoma! The office staff is efficient & friendly, just wish they smiled and/or looked you in the eye more often! Too glued to their computer screens....

I am in total shock at how completely ridiculous this group is. I called to set an appt for my daughter who can barely walk from a huge cyst in her groin. I explained the urgency and pain and the person that answered the phone said the best she could do is first week of October!! A girl can barely walk and to them there is no reason to fit her in or make an effort to help her. Immediately the person started trying to explain it would take one visit to diagnose and then a second visit to treat??? Pretty sure she meant one visit to see what your financial and insurance status is then another

My doc here is Sarah Cely. She just wants patients to keep coming back. Myself and my family member that referred me began talking about our experiences recently, & we are on the same page! We both have told Dr. Cely we needed the Rx that works for us & EVEN the prescriptions that SHE had prescribed to us HERSELF that worked! Yet, she won't prescribe those medication again. Since we can't get what we know works, we have gone somewhere else. That is ridiculous. Why make us suffer w/ skin conditions for your own pockets! It's wrong!

I called Savannah River dermatology on yesterday from Virginia Beach for my 81 year old father, that lives in Augusta Georgia.
My father had been seen a Dermatology for over a year and the issue has gotten worse... his last visit to the OTHER doctor ..advised him to pick up some over-the-counter cream....CRAZY DOCTOR !!!
Savannah River Dermatology's scheduling clerk, the nurse practitioner and the person answer the phone was so caring and loving regarding my 81 year old father's skin issue... I advised her, I needed an appointment ASAP.. she stated at her earliest appointment was next

I agree with previous post. Since the move, the office staff are awful. Surely it's not the same staff? Dr. D. should know that they don't ask you if you want to schedule next apt as you're leaving. She's booked, so it's probably not a big deal. If rude staff run off patients, that lightens her load. And the new space is not at all comfortable. Wonder if they like it? Seems cramped. Maybe that's why the staff is so pissy.
