After negative experiences with his uncle and grandmother highlighted flaws in the assisted living industry, JB Gouger was determined to develop a living alternative for the elderly that is dedicated to their personal care without robbing them of their independence and life savings.

Located in sunny Beeville, Texas, 801 Gramman is an assisted living residential retirement community for seniors 65 and older. Our French New Orleans style cottage home offers residents many conveniences in an intimate home like environment, but without the hassle of home maintenance. Each 450 square foot suite offers a walk-in closet, a large, private bathroom as well as a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and mini refrigerator.
Located in historic Gonzales, Texas, on two acres in an early 1900's cottage style home, 210 Qualls offers an intimate environment which promotes independence within a dignified lifestyle. Our social and recreational activities enhance relationships with friends, family and community. We are a small assisted living residence with a maximum capacity of sixteen people.
