Services
Billy and Norma Belcher were in the nursing home business for 20 years, owning and operating nursing homes in Seguin, Stockdale, Floresville, and Goliad. Upon graduation from Southwest Texas State University, now Texas State University, Karen joined her dad in the nursing home business as the dietitian for his homes.
Seguin Assisted Living is here for you if you are looking for a loving place to call home. We offer price conscious options on a month to month private pay basis, with no long term contracts and move out notice is not required. At Seguin Assisted Living we know that each resident's needs are different.
We provide three nutritious meals daily with snacks throughout the day. We encourage our residents to invite family and friends to share meals with them for a guest charge of $5.00 per person. We also welcome private parties for residents in our private dining room or West Living Room at no additional cost.

My grandmother and grandfather lived here for three years. When my grandfather passed away earlier this year, we decided it would be best to move my grandmother closer to us in San Antonio. My grandmother paid for her room until the end of this month. We showed up TODAY to get the rest of her things... Come to find out they already moved someone else into her room, and proceeded to dump ALL of her belongings into the public dining room. Not only that, they SHREDDED her medical paperwork! Her personal information!!
It’s deeply saddening and disturbing that after three years of paying these people
