We are very disappointed with Coyote Logistics - a company that treats the Carriers with no respect, unfair and rude. We are the Carrier that handled a lot of UPS critical loads for Coyote without any issues, zero service failure. However there are people like Tom.B. and Joc.G. who placed us in DNU without a valid reason, - for asking compensation for their mistake that caused us problem of driver missing his important appointment. We have tried to contact to discuss the bottom line of the issue, trying to fix it on both ends - but we ended up with very rude, disrespectful attitude of Coyote Representatives

Hello everyone one thing about coyote I was on site for 10 hours at one place Perrysburg Ohio I was on another location with the same load at the shipper for 7 hours it's been 5 weeks now and I still have not received my detention The Young fella that was supposed to be handling this his name is Spencer he keeps telling me that he's emailing them for no reason whatsoever should I have to wait so long they received their merchandise now on the other hand if I was to keep the merchandise for 5 weeks then what maybe I'll try that the next time and then you get some young girls answering the phone

I hauled a load from Rochester mn to rock island il for this broker. Their app did not work properly. They won’t pay detention for the hour and a half beyond the two hours I waited on Rochester. I called in to get the lumper fee, and could not understand the person I spoke with. Extremely heavy accent, and she acted like I was the problem. Took another hour of screwing around to get them to pay. No detention pay for that either. They use their bad app as an excuse to not pay. Avoid this broker at all costs

Booked a load with Coyote at 1pm driver arrived at 1:49pm. Was not told 2pm was the cutoff for loading at the receiver. The receiver refused to load us and coyote refused to give us a Truck order not used. We even sent over the driver logs that showed he was onsite at 1:49pm. They told us that was unacceptable. Hmmmmm🤔🤔

Just in 5 days twice i had to cancel my next loads that i was planning to pick after coyote load. So far Twice there customer at #John Morrell foods made mistake either by sending wrong product or missing required papers and we were stuck at delivery for 6 hour the first time and 9 hour PLUS (our truck is still waiting to unload). We still did not get paid any detention for first time even we had to cancel our upcoming load. I have no hope we well be compensated . We have been advised to not turn reefer off and maintain the temperature . Glad this is our last load with this company.

Absolutely terrible company and brokers (specifically Sales rep Dorian Bailey) wanting to make a quick buck. Please consider other brokers and carriers when needing to ship product. We worked with Rep Dorian Bailey and she advised us on shipping via Cargo even though it was ill advised. She failed to coordinate the delivery to ensure safe and proper deliver. She claimed that Coyote covers all damages up to $100,000, but as soon as the shipment was damaged, she said it was not their responsibility. Furthermore, once the product was damaged, they pushed off all responsibility to the shipper

Terrible business. I have just spent 2 hours trying to get ahold of someone that could help me with credit card charges from there. 1. The number isnt right that shows on the credit card statement, its one number off. Looked them up online. Called and every department I call, hangs up except for the one where theyll take a new order and thats where i was told Id be transferred to accounting. I was transferred 9 times after that and the last place I was transferred to hung up on me. I suggest find another company, its nobodys job at this one.

Unprofessional, unaccountable, entitled workers, that have no problem solving skills. They are super one sided! Dont have any of their own trucks so really have no idea what things happen or how they happen over the road. The kind that gets mad that it took the semi with 53' trailer 20 minutes to get across Chicago when its only 8 miles.

Every load I've hauled for them has had some sort of issue. Wrong addresses, shippers/receivers taking way too long to load/unload the trailer, the after hours staff isn't empowered to make decisions should something happen outside of normal business hours and it takes a lot of extra effort to get them to reimburse for lumpers. Definitely not my go-to broker.

Things started off great using them. Then it went downhill when we had a load rejected that was not our fault. We ended up working out a deal to take the load back. We were told by the shipper that detention would be paid, and what that would be. The rep that we use made the statement that "he could get us a couple hundred" but not what we were told by the shipper. Coyote wanted almost half, then when it came time to pay us the other half, Coyote is refusing to pay it at all.

Looks so good from the outside and at first you might love it, til the true colors come out. They lie about the hours during the interview! Is that even legal? it is not 7-4 or 8-5..it is 7 to 6 or longer!!! Super stressful and an unprofessional work environment!!! sure it is fun to dress casually and have music blasting like it is a frat house for a while but the upper managements are a bunch of unprofessional kids on power trips who neglect the newer reps in the group, there is a lot of bullying, discrimination, favoritism and unequal pay issues that no one has taken action for yet...it will
