They Doing Fraud Here … I’m Definitely Going To Report Them… There Over Pricing For Everything… It’s Under Post Office Name But They Sale There Own Prices Not Post Office Prices Of DHL Original Prices And That’s Illegal…They Say You Can Send Through Post Office But They Are Not Using Post Office Prices.. Calling around to set up rental postal boxes for my business and the older woman who answered didn't seem to know what to do. I asked for pricing she tells me they need two forms of ID. We get to pricing which is reasonable but I'm afraid the customer service would cause unnecessary frustration that you won't have to endure anywhere else. I asked a standard question that every place in this country was able to answer but this place. I asked for the measurements of the box. She said she doesn't know that I could come look......i asked if they had the information on the sizes

Let me start off by saying, I have been a customer of ASAP Mail and Copy for 28 years!
The current owner took over this business in 2020.
I am reducing my review score from 5 stars to one star.. This is because poor customer service and rapidly rising prices has convinced me to leave this business after 28 years.
In a previous Google review I noticed the owner stating he has been at this location for 30 years (See the Hello Kitty review and the owners own words.)
ASAP mailing copy has been here that long, but not under this owner.

Faxing is fast for sending more than 20 pages. The girl is so friendly in letting me know the price first instead of waiting after it was sent through. I hope the guy next to her will stop baggering her. He also talked offensively towards me when he wants to know why I don't calculate it myself and I told him I am on a budget. It is my first time and their sign is ironic when it said "smile..."

Awesome place to ship, drop off, or even buy shipping material. The new owner is very cool and hands on he is very professional. I would recommend this place and I do to anyone that needs to ship something they have it all! They even cut house keys and some car keys! Amazing people I love this place. It's way better to come here than ship at a busy usps facility.

Wow LAS VEGAS SOME PPL IN THIS WORLD ARE WITHOUT SOULS.
I was over here trying to make Some copies when this older lady came into the store and asked us man how much was it to send some faxes he told her it's two dollars for the first page and a dollar for every paid after that and this lady had a stack of papers.
I said hay ma'am you can fax them straight from your phone.
The Clerk tells us to get out because I told her she could do them on her phone.
He says to me where's my business License and that he had to pay for his what abou you.
I was in utter shock all over 4 bucks

I've been going to this place for over 30 years, the people have always been friendly and accommodating.
I know the lady who owned it recently retired and sold the business.
I went in the other day to mail a box.
Nobody said hello, the girl who was working there didn't know what she was doing , I think the new owner was there also and didn't acknowledge anyone in line or even come out to help the girl. He walked around talking on his phone, I waited for twenty mins to get help and there was only one person ahead of me.

We were waiting to be helped. One young lady was helping a customer and the older gray haired lady was just standing chit chatting away with a lady. No transaction had been completed while we were there. So we had to wait till the young lady was done with customer she was assisting. As we were being helped the gray haired older lady said her goodbyes to the person she was in a conversation with. Couldn't even tell us someone will be right with you. It was a bad experience . We mailed a package of valentine goods to our kids. We told her if it would get there by v-day and she told us for $5

I have used this mail store for many years, mostly because the ladies that work there are just so wonderful! They are friendly (even on crazy, busy days) and they always try to find ways to save me time and money. Good customer service is hard to find in Las Vegas, so these employees are worth their salt!!

Carol and Denise will shop for the best price as well as carry all the supplies to package your items if you happen to need a different size box to save you on shipping.
I have rented a box here since 2010. I shop online quite a bit (like most do nowadays) and found it a lot more convenient and safer to receive items this way. As opposed to a package left outside your door or undeliverable and getting the dreaded slip to go to your nearest post office. hahaha
They sign for my packages while I'm at work and I have never had an issue with damaged, lost mail or packages.

This place is most efficient when taking care of their customers. All so very helpful and friendly, unlike a lot of post offices.
They have a notary public on the premises AND a little candy and soda section.
Lots of mailboxes should you need to rent one, and even have greeting cards in case you forgot yours.
I highly recommend this place.
