These guys took over my EasyPost and moved all my inventory without prior notice. This has left us completely out of stock for almost 4 weeks. They don't pick up the phone and take over 48 hours to reply with an email. None over there has leadership skills because any true leader would face this issue and confront it. I have spoken with 3 other business owners in the same situation with them. I can only imagine the amount of companies losing sales and money due to this lack of coordination.

I do not ever write reviews, but this needs to be said. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I have ever had to deal with. I used to work with easypost, and Ruby Has took over my inventory. They have never fulfilled a single order for me, lost inventory and now are unable to send my inventory back to me.
This has lost me many orders, time and money. I have talked to a bunch of other companies who are in a similar position. I have begun to look into legal action to get my inventory back. If anyone from this company is reading this, respond to me ASAP!

So I was an easy post customer, and I was part of the transition to Ruby Haas. These poor guys at Ruby Haas were handed over a mess by easy post. Most people don't realize that easy post was on the verge of closing. If easy post was not purchased we would all have had possibly lost our goods. Nick C helped me get straight in this scenario. Ruby Haas is a good company put in a bad scenario by easy post. You guys need to trash easy post on their reviews

Absolutely horrible. We signed on with them after they acquired the company we were using (EasyPost). After over a month of holding us hostage, with NO ability to operate our business (no inventory, no dashboard, no fulfillment of orders, nearly zero response to our emails, and no ability to reach anyone by phone), we demanded our inventory be sent to us. They did, but it was short by over 50% and are taking NO responsibility and at this time are not even responding to us. They blame EasyPost, and EasyPost blames them. Now, we are completely out. RUBYHAS IS DESTROYING OUR COMPANY. They have lost orders, overcharged us, and don't answer emails.
We are trying to get our inventory out now, but with no communication, honestly don't know if we will be able to. We have talked to some past customers where it took MONTHS for them to get there inventory out; and even then a lot was missing...

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. They had a very hard time shipping out any of our packages, which I'm okay with all things considered right now.

However they reached out and suggested our company would be a better fit with a different fulfillment center and we accepted right away given the issues we had.

We were told it would take 2-3 days to pick and pack our inventory in order to ship it to the new fulfillment center so we turned off all of our products to make sure we didn't receive any orders during these days.

My review will be similar to the others here. I ordered a product and it was shipped through UPS Mail Innovations® Expedited. UPS received the package and delivered it to Ruby Has Fulfillment. The facility generated a label for USPS around 6/28. Nothing happened after that. USPS never received the package. I've tried reaching out twice now and have not received any responses.I have to assume that my package is gone now.

This company has no organization to speak of. Bills are prepared and sent out that are incorrect and take forever to get resolved. Support takes days to respond and it is impossible to get in contact with anyone. There is very little visibility into real time pricing, when orders are being processed or much of anything. From what I have seen after switching from Ruby and seeing many other fulfillment services the deficit in technology and best practices is severely lacking. The company has no strong processes in place and will suffer due to the inefficiency created by that. Do you and your business

Ruby Has took over our warehousing and fulfillment services after they purchased Easy Post's business. The transition was terrible and took months which meant we could not ship product to our customers and had to do lots of returns. Even after the transition, products took weeks to ship and their team was non responsive.

We managed to direct all of our sales to Amazon but if we did not have that sales channel, we would have gone under due to their poor service and execution.

Now that we are trying to move our inventory to a new organization, it is going to take Ruby Has weeks to package

My small business has also been severely impacted by the extremely poor management of RubyHas during the EasyPost acquisition right at the onset of the Covid-19 crisis.

Tens of Thousands of dollars of our inventory has gone missing while we transferred to a new 3PL.
Our business has been forced to pause in the middle of a pandemic when we would have been surviving and thriving.
Customers have become angry and we have been forced to grant refunds as well as manufacture new product to fill the void that RubyHas created and has not compensated for.

Our experience has been similar to the other reviewers. Our inventory has been held the entire month of May while they failed to set up their software and failed to fulfill, with no upfront warning from RubyHas. They want to bill a flat account fee on top of storage for their "account services", while they never completed setting up our account. It was supposed to be set up by May 3, according to their own schedule, and as of May 27, it is not. We cannot fulfill our own product and we cannot retrieve our own property. It is absolutely the worst service we have ever experienced in fulfillment

Like other business that have reviewed this company, I got transitioned from EasyPost, many of my large orders are not getting fulfilled.

Our clients are extremely strict with late shipments and we are being penalized daily, I am hoping we can make it through this nightmare.

On top of that we are being charged such hugh weekly fees that are not sustainable nor practical, but since our inventory is being hostaged, we have no choice to keep pushing through orders and paying the weekly invoices, in hopes that our orders get fulfilled and our long term clients stay satisfied.

This fulfillment center is causing severe damage to my business and we cannot get any information about neither parts of our inventory nor any of the shipments that have been waiting for weeks. Ruby Has has caused us:

-Lost SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT inventory they can't seem to find!
-Severely delayed shipments that have not been going out since weeks!
-Causing massive refunds to our customers who have become angry at us!
-Causing bad reviews from our customers!

My business, like most of the reviewers on this Yelp page, was affected by the EasyPost to Ruby Has transition. EasyPost pretty much said their fulfillment service was bought by Ruby Has, and shortly after, they would begin moving everyone's inventory from EasyPost warehouses to a default Ruby Has fulfillment center. That was fine, except for the whole transition has not been fine. 1-2 weeks prior to the move, EasyPost had already removed themselves from any customer service responsibility, telling us that Ruby Has will take care of everything. EasyPost's SLA begun taking way longer,

Like all other reviewers on this list. Ruby has yanked all our inventory from our site and moved it to a recent facility. We have been out of stock with over 200 orders on hold. They take 3 to 4 days to reply to emails and no sense of responsibility. In a way I feel sorry for the hard-working people in customer service, who need to reply to angry emails, they are currently carrying the burden of a poorly planned situation. Whoever leads this decision, or coordinated these efforts should be fired and never be allowed to work in any customer service company in their lives.

What a horrifying experience. Ruby Has shipped our inventory between warehouses (without alerting us), and our inventory went offline for a week with no notice. When questioned what was happening, we got the email equivalent of a ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and no direct answer. Finally, after not being able to fulfill orders for a week, we requested to retrieve our inventory. It has now been nearly THREE WEEKS that our inventory has been offline and we can't get any definitive response regarding when we will be getting our assets back. This company really is almost a complete scam. They tack on fake charges, like charging us for inventory storage in a facility in which we had no inventory, hiding random sub-fees within invoice line-items, etc. They are completely unresponsive as they are fully aware of all of this and can't explain any of the charges. Really was an absolute nightmare and took months to pull our inventory out because they drag everything along so they can keep billing. And they even debited our account multiple times after we pulled inventory out
