Join us for our Fall 30 Day Challenge! This is a great time to get back onto your Yoga mat and soak up the benefits of your practice. Once the month of October is up, see how many times you have come to class. We will have a challenge board at the front desk for you to put stickers on each time you take class which is a great way to track progress but it is also more fun that way!
At the end of October, we will also tally up how many classes everyone who signs up for the challenge has done and will hold a raffle for awesome prizes to those who complete the challenge! Can't make it to class every day? That is totally okay! Just see how many you can do in a month and notice the positive difference Yoga can have on your mind, body and spirit!

Vision: A yoga community of inspiring and uplifting individuals who show love, kindness and respect to others and the world around them. Mission: To provide a safe, welcoming, fun and relaxing space where individuals can explore and learn yoga on the mat, to positively impact their life and the world around them off the mat.
My training was done at the Yoga Tree in Freemont. I have my 500 hour Yoga Alliance Certification. Besides yoga being a big part of my life, I also share my life with my husband Jack and 4 dogs. A yoga practice is different for everyone, you do not need to be flexible, have great balance, or have a dancers body.
We are excited to see you at Bindi Yoga Center! Below are a few helpful tips on yoga etiquette and information on taking yoga classes at Bindi. Please feel free to ask any and all questions you may have during your time practicing at our studio. Non-heated classes are a gentle way to learn terminology, alignment and technique that are suitable for all!
At Bindi Yoga, we offer students a variety of classes to fit your yoga goals and ambitions; as well as a way to challenge the mind and body with several different yoga practices. Hot Yoga- Our Hot Yoga classes are "Hatha" based with a flair of vinyasa.
The longer posture holds help to increase both strength and steadiness of the mind and body, and also find benefits out of each asana with proper alignment cues and hands on adjustments when needed. Our Hot Yoga classes are 105 degrees so please be well hydrated! The heat is designed to help increase muscular flexibility, sweat, and to help free your body from toxins.

Bindi Yoga in Lynnwood is a welcoming, supportive community - a great place to practice yoga. Every age, gender, ethnicity, body shape is welcome, absolutely no judgement. There are showers and changing rooms. A heated and non heated studio. There are several styles of yoga offered from very athletic, hot, power vinyasa to relaxing Yin and MFR in a non heated room. Even aerial yoga! ALL the teachers are outstanding! All with wonderful energy, committed and inspiring. They observe safety precautions: masks required except while on your mat, distancing in the studio, floors and surfaces are thoroughly

I'll preface my review with the following:
* I hold a 200-hr yoga teacher training certificate and was previously registered with Yoga Alliance
* For classes, I arrive a minimum of 10 minutes early because I like to settle in on my mat before class begins
* I read all of the reviews (Google, Yelp, FB, etc.) before making the decision to try this studio
We recently relocated to Edmonds, WA and I wasn't looking for a yoga studio. While grocery shopping with my spouse, Bindi caught my eye and I immediately checked out their website and schedule when I returned home. I was pleasantly surprised

I go here sometimes. Whenever I am able to get into one of Kellie's work shops I make sure to go! I've even brought my friends because of my great experiences. I am a bigger guy but they have always made me feel comfortable and that gives me the courage to push myself. I can't recommend Bindi Yoga enough-especially if you're able to get in to one of Kellie's classes. Definitely recommended.

So grateful to have this studio in the community! The way it is set up makes it really helpful to show up to the studio and embody your own personal practice in the classes :) every teacher has their own way of teaching and guiding, it’s a new experience every time which helps go further into the world of yoga. Safe space! 💙 thank you

This is the most amazing and inclusive yoga studio I have ever been to. The owners are caring and concerned, the instructors each bring something special to the room and the students will include you, or let you be, as you wish.
The yoga rooms are embracing and great thought has been given to students comfort. I’ve attended classes here for years and always leave class feeling lighter, brighter, stronger and happier. If you are looking for a studio, check Bindi out.

This yoga studio always has a special place in my heart.
This is why I cannot not go back to practice. I was miserable and sickly during Covid lock downs. I had no energy and so out of shape because I completely stopped my practice. I had to be very careful to see where this pandemic is taking me- - health precautions.
After a year, I had enough and luckily, I am able to reinstate my membership and go back in for the first time, this year, to practice!
It was a great first slow flow yoga with instructor James and I think he is great!

I love Bindi Yoga! My co-worker, a member of 5 years told me about this studio. After trying the 1 month new student special, the classes, teachers, and the people made it clear to me that this was my studio, so I decided on a membership! My husbands even in on it too, so we get to practice yoga together! Bindi yoga feels like a little home. They do their best to provide a safe, fun, and relaxing atmosphere. I do feel bad that the office needs to deal with some unhappy neighbors from the catering company next door, but Bindi is always very professional about it. (Just be sure to check in with the

I’ve been coming to Bindi for over a year now. I love this studio and the community so much. The atmosphere is friendly and non-pretentious. The instructors and staff are fantastic! They have two rooms, and a wide variety of classes available. Christine’s power vinyasa class is my absolute favorite. Her classes are super challenging, but she creates a motivating and lighthearted environment to practice. I really appreciate the varied styles of the instructors. I get something new out of every class. Thanks for existing, Bindi!

After writing a review describing my experience with Bindi Yoga, I received another email from Susan explaining that the situation was a miscommunication. She apologized and issued a refund which I greatly appreciate. As I stated in my previous review, I think very fondly of the prenatal class offered at this studio. I recommend it to any pregnant women or even women who are trying. From the minute I walked in the door I was welcomed and felt very comfortable. It's a great tool to have when you're pregnant and I'm going to miss the instructor and lovely group of ladies.

I was in Lynwood this past Saturday for a very small visit, and as I always do, I sought out the closest yoga studio to my hotel. Which in the case was Bindi. Front desk girl was young and friendly. Teacher Christine who lead the power flow class was not friendly. I too am a yoga teacher of 16 years, and I always make it a point to make sure my new students feel welcome and comfortable no matter if they are a new resident to our city or visiting. Your first experience is everything! Christine is a good teacher. However her ego is too big and needs a reality check. She didn’t introduce herself

I wrote a review about this yoga studio a few months ago on google reviews. The owner responded to it months later and completely ignored the fact that the studio has a lack of parking! Just skipped over that part which I guess isn't important when going to a class that will not let you in a minute late. And your staff looks very unhappy, I haven't felt welcome the moment I stepped into that studio. I don't get greeted, no one smiles at me and no one even bothered to show me around not that the studio is big, it's actually quite small. I think the owner either does not pay the

Before Bindi, I had a gym membership I never used. It was so hard for me to feel motivated after work and I made too many excuses to not work out. My sister got me a one month trial at bindi earlier this year and I've been hooked since. I love that Bindi has an awesome app that you can use to schedule for classes so you feel committed to your workout. Bindi also has engaging contests throughout the year to help you stay motivated to your practice. Lastly the instructors and students are all super friendly! Totally recommend Bindi to anyone that's needing to refresh their workout routine

I have been coming to Bindi for years! Amazing classes with great teachers. I have gotten strong mentally and physically here. Yes like most studios they have a policy where if you are late you cannot come in. Pretty standard for a yoga studio as it is disruptive to class. If you are caught in traffic try calling 5 minutes before arrival to see if they can set up a space for you. I was taking class when the person was late and said they were "knocking" on the doors.. they banged on the front doors and also the studio doors about 6 times. I would've called the cops if I was at the front desk. It

I have been going to Bindi for 5 months now and I'm totally addicted!! I love all the choices of classes, and the choice of heated or non-heated classes. The instructors have all been great. There's plenty of space in the classes, which is important to me. I always feel welcome and the instructors all care about everyone's well being. As a massage therapist, I understand the importance of not over doing it and I always feel safe in my practice there. I always look forward to going again!

I love what this studio got to offer! The studio is huge!! Tons of area to change your clothes, shower, put your things away, props, and so much more! Friendly service and amazing classes!
I had to go to two different studios to do aerial yoga and hot yoga. I love how they offered both! Also, there are two different classes given at the same time. Love the choices that it got to offer!
Tried the flight 2 today and the instructor was hilarious! She has given enough time for students to be comfortable with the silk. Everyone comes in different levels and she made sure we all are doing ok.

I booked this for my friends bachelorette party and it was awesome! Kim led our group of 6 and was such a nice person to work with. Only one girl had done aerial yoga before and the rest of us were beginners, but Kim was easygoing and let us go at our own pace. We had a lot of fun! It was so relaxing and we were a little sore the next day, but not a lot of bruises. I would highly recommend this for a bachelorette party or other group event!

My review is for the aerial yoga workshop with Diandra. This is honestly one of the best $50 I've ever spent. Informative, fun, just long enough, unbelievable instructor- articulate, funny, forgiving, kind, educational. This was such a great experience I can't say enough good things and I'm fairly hard to please at times. Highly recommend! Signed up for a new student special and hope to return soon. I think I'm in love with aerial yoga. My only criticism was the time of day. Think this would have been perfect starting at 10, but by 2 after doing the class I was starving!!

This is the best yoga studio I've ever been too.
The hot room is so spacious. The non-hot room is a little small, but it's not a big deal. My favorite instructors are Shana, Jo, and Christina S. Shana is so down to earth, positive and always has a great class-- including the ab work we do every time. Jo is such a calming presence-- I love taking her gentle classes. It's so healing for the mind and body. Christina's classes are great because it's a great flow and hard work. Her energy is so calming and energizing at the same time.
Love the class passes that I can use at

I enjoyed my only class that I attended. I paid for a new monthly membership fee of $35, introductory of course.
I tried the hot yoga class, one time and the only class that fit my schedule in the evening, which was great, maybe a little to hot but, it is hot yoga!
My biggest concern was the abundance of hot yoga classes offered (my reason for not attending on Saturday mornings or weekday evenings unless I want to get to bed at 10:30 or 11:00 pm after going to a non-hot yoga class) and not enough variety geared toward new or intermediate yogis. It would be great to see more Vinyasa or Hatha practices

Update: I was refunded for the month of unlimited classes. However, I was not refunded for the remaining class passes on my account. I'm relatively certain that the owner's actions in this scenario are actually illegal - as far as terminating my pre-paid classes without my consent or a full refund. Standing by for a full refund...
My review will remain 1 star, as I don't feel it's a reputable business practice to terminate customers without due notice or justification, outside of petty punishment/revenge. If you're not OKAY with open and honest feedback, don't have

So I had an experience where me and my girlfriend were going to meet for yin yoga after work. She left work in kirkland at 3:30 an hour before class, the yoga studio is 13 miles from her office. There was an accident on the 405 and she got caught right behind it.
Her gps was saying she would be 3 min late. I got there 15 min early and explained the situation. Bindi Yoga would not allow her to come to class if she was late at all. They refused to consider an exception to there policy.
Her and I decided to just do yoga at home. Now we are both getting charged a cancellation fee.

The mantras of the year in terms of fitness are "try new things" and "pain doesn't know me". And one would think that I had already tried aerial yoga but my visit here was my first entry into the world of yoga via dangling my body from a piece of fabric.
The studio, to my knowledge, is comprised of a hot yoga room and an aerial yoga room so when you walk in there's definitely that spa smell. The reception area, the whole atmosphere of the studio actually, is very cheery. There's a wall of yoga apparel, a snack machine, cubbies, and lots of space for clients

I would actually rate this place more of a 3.5 stars. It's a nice studio despite the building that it is in and location. I took a couple yin classes and those were really nice. I did 1 power hot class and its just not for me, the flow was way to fast despite the instructor barking at you to take your time...luckily I have practiced yoga for years and know that you dont always have to listen to what the teacher is telling you to do. She also kept saying to us "O.K students...down dog" I have never been referred to as a "student" in a class before...it was a bit patronizing

Studio is clean, nice and cozy, price is reasonable, teachers are awesome, friendly, respectful. I go there couple of times a week even tough I drive 30 minutes from my house every time. it worth it for me, I love to go there and I get full of energy every time when I am there. I love all the teachers and students. They are so much fun too, and it is good place to be.
