If you are unable to pay on mindbody, please call Vidal at (206) 571-5896 to book a class so you can bring your payment with you to the studio. Hot Yoga is a 90 minute class. Students of every experience level build strength, balance and flexibility. This challenging workout takes place in a heated room to encourage an increased range of motion in muscles, joints and ligaments.

Power Yoga is a 60-90 minute class. This Vinyasa, or flowing style, yoga builds strength and flexibility through continuous movement. The changing series of standing, balancing and floor work is designed to invigorate the body and focus the mind. Like Hot Yoga, most Power Yoga classes are held in a heated room*.

Fabulous yoga studio in a calm and beautiful location.
I highly recommend Lucy's vinyasa flow classes on a Sunday morning as well as restorative with Kate on a Friday evening.
Also a variety of interesting workshops with excellent guest instructors.
Very lucky to have Lake View so close to me !

Positive: Quality
I originally wanted to try yoga because of a bad back , but have found it's much more than that it helps the rest of the body, weight management and the mind. I've been coming to Lake view for over 3 yrs now and can't really see me not coming. Loads of classes to suit different abilities with great teachers too.

A beautiful location on the lake which provides a wonderful atmosphere for your yoga practice. I always feel that each class has been planned for me specifically as you are encouraged to listen to your own body, its strengths and limitations and given choices to adapt the postures to suit you. There is a great choice of classes for all levels so you can go strong or just immerse yourself in some gentle stretching. An excellent studio. I've been coming to classes here for over six years.

Love, love, love this place. The studio is amazing, it is beautiful and calming every season of the year and the quality of teaching is outstanding. Somehow It seems the teachers always read my mind and the class always has exactly what I need both for body and mind. Take yourself away for an hour and do something for your self x

I had a very bad experience with Lake view yoga. I enrolled and purchased pregnancy yoga package however was unable to book classes. I contacted Lucy on wats ap number provided for help. She was rude and not helpful at all. She kept telling me that everyone was able to book then why i cant without understanding my issue. She was making me feel as if she was doing any favour to me. Very unprofessional and poor customer service.

I have followed Lucy's yoga teaching from afar from years, and up close for the last few. The classes at Lake View Yoga are inclusive, varied and accessible. The instruction is clear, professional and encouraging. I have studied as a student, and trained as a teacher. I have been able to enjoy the use of the beautiful and atmospheric studio at Lake View, and also the many classes available on Zoom. A wonderful studio run with love and passion for yoga and the students.

I’m so grateful that I discovered Lucy and the magical Lake View Yoga. Such a beautiful and tranquil place to practice even when it’s raining! Lucy and all the teachers are so kind and welcoming as are the people who attend the classes. I highly recommend to anyone.

I’ve been practising yoga with Lucy for almost 9 years. She is an excellent teacher, extremely experienced and safe, and is very good at helping all students practise to their individual ability. Her classes never repeat, which is an amazing testament to her breadth of knowledge and preparedness for class.
Lake View Yoga is a fantastic space in which to practise. It’s always spotlessly clean and warm and the light quality and views (which change with the season) make every class very special.

Joining Crawley Yoga - now Lake View Yoga - 5 years ago was one of the best decisions of my life. The classes have improved my physical and mental health and it is also a great introduction to the spiritual side of Yoga for those who embrace that.
The teachers are all great, handpicked and often trained by the owner Lucy of course, and have quite different styles which means that a variety of classes give you a very rounded skill set.
Most importantly. all the teachers and practitioners are lovely and I have made lots of friends.
Highly recommended.

Nice, clean, and welcoming. As with all hot yoga I've tried, it's a challenge, but the owner/yogi is patient with those of us who aren't extensively experienced. He is encouraging without being pushy or intimidating. It's a good workout, a good stretch, and a place with a positive "vibe". If you like hot yoga, this is definitely a solid place to do it!

I'll admit, I'm a bit of a yoga snob and have spent the last 10 years practicing in "boutique" studios around the city. I like a vigorous and challenging class. For me, my yoga practice is both my workout for the day and also necessary meditation to release from work. When I moved to Kenmore last year, I was heartbroken to leave my home studio in Ballard. Fear not, I found LakeView Yoga!

Vidal is a fantastic instructor who challenges his students who want to push and supports learners and newcomers in building a strong foundation. The studio is a needed change from the franchised

I have a regular practice when home and also teach a weekly class. I travel frequently and find a studio wherever I am. I have never felt unwelcome at a yoga studio.

I'm in Kenmore for a month and thought this would be a convenient place to practice because of its proximity to where I'm staying. When I signed up I explained that I was tending to some injured areas and practicing with great care. Every class Vidal made a passive-aggressive remark to me after or during class saying 'our styles are really different,' 'you really tired out fast,' and once in class

This was my first "hot yoga" experience and I am very happy I chose LakeView Yoga. Vidal makes you feel like family. I was afraid (fear not!) the heat would be too much as I normally don't fare well in high temperatures. I was fine! In fact, I got through my first 90 minute class without incident. I am always amazed that the class is as long as it is. I am a healthier human because of hot yoga. I am so happy to have this wonderful resource in my neighborhood.

Love the Tai chi classes here - they are superb and a joy to attend - elegant and precise flowing movements gently warm the body up and prepare it for more rapid movement patterns - it is both relaxing and energizing at the same time, like an active meditation!

A while back, my favorite yoga studio closed. I struggled with other studios, tried to find the correct feel, atmosphere, heat, workout...

A friend asked me to go with her to LakeView. I was warmly greeted by Vidal and shown to the studio. The clean smell, the beautiful room, the heat and humidity! As I sank down into my mat after 90 minutes of Bikram bliss, I realized I had found my new yoga home.

I have tried other yoga studios just to spread the love and I always come back to LakeView because its such a welcoming, calm, fun, experience and Vidal is my favorite! Honestly he is the best instructor I have had. He really cares about each and every person in the class and wants wellness and strength for them. He helps you and pushes you to your best potential. It is really a all around AMAZING yoga experience.

This is a no-nonsense beautiful studio with caring teachers and a schedule which makes practicing yoga regularly easy. I have been practicing at Lakeview for about 4 years now. I lost 45+ lbs and I am very happy that my health is constantly improving. Studio is clean and most teachers are awesome!

I had my first hot yoga class at Lakeview Yoga yesterday. I arrived late after stopping at their old address first...and they were so welcoming and helpful. They quickly supplied me with a mat, a towel, a chilled bottle of water. I was encouraged kindly, asked if it was my first time ever, and felt thoroughly taken care of. I signed up for 2 months of unlimited yoga for only $125 (a special they are offering right now, a fantastic deal). They environment was elegant, peaceful. They had full showers in a small locker room, lockers, all the necessities for showering after class (although I did not

First off, after months of procrastinating I finally decided to come to this studio.... surprise! No more lake, no more view. They moved. Fine, it's closer to my house. However, it was one of the worst yoga classes I have ever experienced. I went to their new yin yoga... thumbs down.

The teacher spent the whole time looking at her phone, except to tell us to stay in x position for x minutes and then remind us there were x seconds left. No music... wait.... there was some for 5 minutes but they never bothered to turn it on again or fix it.

Later on in the class, even when she saw me-- if

I started yoga classes about three months ago, and have been thoroughly enjoying them. I had no yoga experience before this, but Vidal has been a wonderful teacher and coach. Always engaging, always encouraging, and often humorous. :) He is very good at challenging yoga students of all levels.

I have only been able to attend classes once a week, but still found much improvement in the balance of my body, mind, heart, and spirit that I was searching for.

I highly recommend LakeView Yoga for anyone at all interested in trying out yoga. The range of pricing plans makes it easy to try out

I've been practicing yoga for roughly ten years, and this is one of my favorite studios. Here is why:

1) Vidal (the owner) is a long time practitioner. He teaches a great class and selects other authentic, inspired instructors.

2) There is a good mix of power vinyasa and bikram style.

3) The heat is well controlled. Not overly cranked like some studios.

4) Great studio space and location. Hardwood floors (no carpet stink) and a great view of the lake. Clean.

5) I always feel welcome at the studio. Vidal is usually there, and greets us all warmly.

I highly suggest trying out this studio

I am a first time yoga practitioner so my review is coming from someone who has no prior experience other than what has been introduced to me at this studio. For years my little sister has been encouraging me to add yoga to my exercise routine as I consider physical fitness an important aspect of my life. Since I didn't know anything about yoga (my sister didn't go into much detail other than sharing that it was both physically challenging and a great stress reliever) I put off trying any classes so when a friend and collegue described the benefits of yoga and the classes she was teaching

This place offers a variety of yoga in a great studio that overlooks the water where you can watch planes take on and off. Owner is super friendly and has lots of plans for making the studio even better. All instructors seem to be very good at yoga. The owner has created a downstairs area that is a relaxation station where yogis can have their tea after their class. This studio doesn't always follow the bikram style but it is a great place to get yoga done, especially if you get tired of doing the same 26 poses over and over again. I love the classes here. Parking lot can be a little tricky
