This is a really great local yoga studio. I think most people can find what they are looking for here in their yoga practice.
There's a variety for styles of yoga that are taught here. Power Vinyasa, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, etc. And the instructors themselves tend to be diverse in their styles, too. Instructors are distinctive enough that it's quick to get a sense of your preferred instructors and classes.
The studio is nice and spacious. It's not really a mat-to-mat kind of place, which is really nice on days you just need your space.
Overall, it's also a very welcoming space for people of different

My home away from home :)
I have been going to Twist for a few years now and feel the most comfortable than I ever have in a yoga space. When leaving my last yoga studio (due to moving) I wasn't sure I'd ever find another space that would feel as comfortable or as sweet as the place I was leaving. I was welcomed to Twist as a regular, even before ever becoming a regular student. There are no "in" crowds at Twist- everyone is lovely to each other and extremely welcoming. There are all sizes, shapes, ages, colors and genders/non genders and so for this reason I feel it's

I moved to Edmonds 2 years ago and was a bit worried about finding a yoga studio to call home. Then I discovered Twist Yoga right in the heart of vibrant downtown Edmonds. After just one trial session I was sold and have been going to classes 2 times a week ever since. Twist offers a welcoming and beautiful studio with experienced and creative instructors. I feel like I am treating myself every time I step foot into the studio and onto my mat.

Having studied movement therapy, yoga, pilates, myself for many years, I have become quite picky about yoga instruction/studio.
Twist yoga has been a true blessing with genuine and gracious staff, instructors, practitioners all contributing beautifully to form an exquisite place of sacred space for all of us to safely explore our body, spirit and mind.
I give much credit to owner Jen for her continuous efforts!

10 years ago, Twist Yoga opened its first studio in the middle of Edmonds and for 10 years I've loved taking classes there. All teachers are very well trained, passionate about yoga and teaching, and lovely human beings. And each day, there are countless classes and styles of yoga to choose from. Twist has been so well received, that it now has 2 more locations in Shoreline and Richmond Beach. I'm so grateful for their service and highly recommend them.

I love my time on the mat at Twist. The class offerings are varied and small enough to allow for personal attention from the caring and experienced instructors.

I did the intro series with Meghan and it was really great and helped me get comfortable with yoga again and the studio. She was a really great instructor and her physical therapy background really navigates her style. I have purchased the membership and exploring more of the beginner classes. The body positive class on Tuesdays with April is by far my favorite so far. As a more full figured person, I have recently become frustrated with yoga and my body and this class has provided me with a comfortable environment and making me feel less defeated. I am very thankful they offer this class and for

I just began my yoga journey in August, and I couldn't be more pleased with Twist. The three locations are optimal as I can almost always find a class that interests me, but the staff are what keep me coming back. I'm a beginner and I always feel welcome. The staff greets me by name and the staff always suggests modifications to poses that my body may not be ready for, yet. Not only is my body gaining flexibility but my mind is calming through the wonderful meditations that are offered at this studio. Thank you Twist!!!!

Twist Yoga is a great studio. The teachers here are what set the studio apart from other places. They make an effort to get to know you. There are several different types of classes and styles of teaching so you always feel like you’re working your body in different ways. Twist has kept me in shape for the last 6 months.

Twist is a wonderful amazing community that changed my life (all positive) when I didn't even expect it. Teachers are excellent, classes are varied so you can choose if you want to flow in the heat, have a gentle practice or discover Kundalini. The community feels genuine, friendly and inclusive. At Twist, I began integrating the spiritual aspects of yoga into my decades old practice, realizing how starved my body was for that union. Kudos to Twist, founder Jen and the fabulous teachers for creating this amazing community in downtown Edmonds. Truly one of my special places.

I was on the hunt for a new yoga studio when my closed. It is not so easy to find a studio that is not hot yoga.
Located right in downtown Edmonds I gave Twist a try. Great space and lots of parking. They have lots of classes to choose from and a good intro rate to try the studio out, $39 for 30 days. I tried them out and signed up for a monthly unlimited membership. Studio is heated to a comfortable temperature in the 80's.
Checking out the website, they offer lots of trainings, workshops and retreats.

Twist has a great variety of class styles taught by some of the Seattle-area's best teachers that support beginners, long-time practitioners, and everyone in-between! It is a warm and light-filled space, both literally and figuratively. I have been part of the Twist community for 3 years and it just keeps getting better. If you are on the north-end, Twist is where its at!

This studio is amazing. They offer classes all day. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Before I joined, they offered a trial special which allowed me to attend as many classes as I wanted for one month for $30 (I believe it was $30. It wasn't much). They offer a diverse range of classes and instructors which meet your skill level needs. Also once in a while, they offer a Kid yoga class so your kids can also practice yoga in a fun way. When I first joined Twist, I was in dire need of relaxation and really needed to learn how to slow down in general. I had a high-stress job and was accustomed

I always stretched but I wanted more... I wanted yoga. But after trying many yoga studios all over the world, I pretty much gave up on my dream of doing yoga well. It seems many studios focus their classes on flow yoga. Yikes. By the time I understand the position to flow into, the instructor and class are 5 moves on. And then I am 10, no 15 positions behind. Talk about frustration!
Then we moved to Edmonds and I thought, "Try yoga one more time." I searched Google, and wouldn't you know it but the studio that came closest to what I sought is right here in Edmonds, Twist Yoga.

I moved up to Lynnwood recently from Kirkland and have been on the hunt for a new yoga studio. I LOVED my one in kirkland but it is just too far.
I don't do "hot" bikram yoga. I like warm yoga that makes you sweat and really helps you go deeper into the muscle tissue. I have been practicing for over 6 years so I can say that I know how to safely modify and intensify.
I came to several classes here with different instructors. The room is nice but a bit small. The class sizes were also pretty small. I am not sure if that is just because it is summer time or what...anyways....

I am so grateful I found Twist! I had been doing hot yoga for several years that was mostly focused on the physical aspect of yoga. I was becoming restless and looking for something more.
I recently moved from Lynnwood to Edmonds, so I was looking for a yoga studio closer to home. I was having coffee with a girlfriend at the coffee shop right across from Twist, and randomly decided to stop in and see what it was all about. I got a one month pass just to try it out.
And I haven't looked back! It was exactly what I was looking for. Twist offers an amazing balance of the physical and spiritual
