Dr. Daniel grew up in Atlanta and East Point, GA. He graduated from Headland High School in 1960 and obtained his undergraduate education at the Mercer University Southern College of Pharmacy. He received a B.S. in Pharmacy in 1965. Dr. Daniel initially worked as a Pharmacist at Crawford Long Hospital and later was Chief Pharmacist at the Holy Family Hospital in SW Atlanta.
Podiatry is the branch of the practice of medicine dealing with the diagnosis and treatment of disorders, deformities, diseases, and injuries of the human foot, ankle, and leg. Treatment can be by medical, mechanical or surgical means.

A Podiatrist Physician (Doctor of Podiatric Medicine) has typically completed 3-4 years of undergraduate education, plus four years of Podiatric Medical college and an additional 1-4 years of post-graduate training in an approved residency program before entering private practice.We participate in most HMOs, PPOs, and private insurance plans.
