99West was a pleasure to work with. I custom ordered a 24’ car hauler that arrived in half the time I was initially told. Amanda did a great job going over all the options I was looking for and suggested items i hadn’t thought about. They also have a large inventory of trailer supplies needed for inside the trailers. Delivery day was smooth and easy!

I worked with Amanda on buying a 14 foot cargo trailer she was so helpful and has the best customer service skills I've seen in along time being a business owner that says a lot and I hope Amanda's employer know what a valuable asset she is to there company . Amanda's co worker I wish I knew his Name was very helpful as well and took the time to show me some things about my trailer break system so it was a learning experience as well. I felt I was more than taken care of but also felt assured in the 99 west trailer as a company that I would be honored to do business with again as the customer service

I needed several last minute repairs on a cargo trailer in preparation for an out of town job. I called 99 West and they got me in the same day. They fixed everything I asked them to and then some! They found a couple of additional repairs that needed to be done, called me to get approval first and then made those repairs as well. They did trailer wiring, brakes, wheel bearings and some body work on the trailer including installing new fenders. They finished it all in less than 24 hours, and ahead of schedule with great communication throughout. Quality was good and the price was reasonable. Highly

Excellent repair service! I looked all over for a shop that knew how to replace two torsion axles that had been welded to the frame of my trailer. Mike requested photos of the trailer and axles and then provided a fair estimate. When I dropped off the trailer I added a last minute request to have the tongue jack repositioned and a battery box and bracket installed. When I picked up the trailer I noted they did an excellent job and went above and beyond by adding a battery and wiring the electric jack into the system all for less than the original estimate. Went in last week and even though a lot of the team was out at a rally the rep that was there (sorry I don't remember her name) was kind enough to show us the Xventure trailer we went in to see even though she wasn't familiar with the trailer. Not only did she try to help the best she could but she also called another team member that could answer some of the questions we had. Although we are still determining whether to get a trailer and which trailer to get I would highly recommend them for their great customer service. After buying my trailer at 99 West and getting a great deal, I've been back at least two or three times for upgrades and maintenance and repairs. We use our trailer a lot and have a very high standard for its function and appearance. We know we can count on these guys to get our job done fast and easy and for really reasonable price.

I was in today, after stopping at several other dealers in the Portland and Woodburn areas. The other dealers 1.) didn't have a quality trailer in stock that met my needs, 2.) tried to push me into an under-rated trailer, presumably to get the sale, likely due to #1. and 3.) talked poorly about the competition and the competition's products.

I met with Peggy, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. She told me the price for the new flatbed trailer that I was interested in. She made sure I understood how it was equipped. Once I made the decision to buy, it was a quick, painless process

We just had the best experience with 99 West Trailers. John and Mike were they Awesome. They were extremely busy today when we went in to pick up our Xventure trailer but took the time to show us all of the little things we needed to know. I really appreciate all of the questions they have answered for us along the way while we decided what it was we really wanted. This is the 2nd trailer I have purchased from them... dealt with Peggy on my Wells Cargo and now John to get a small Mason aluminum trailer. Great knowledge and help in getting the right trailer.

I went and called other places but felt everyone else was just trying to work me to get a deposit, pay with cash or put me into a cheap trailer... i began to think all utility trailer sales places were this way.

This place does not seem to have cheap trailers and I feel like I got a great value at the end of both purchases.

Shop the other places and I think you will see value in driving to Sherwood

I am from Eastern WA (Tri-cities) and finally got fed up with the overpriced units available at the local shops. Called Peggy at 99 West and she was extremely knowledgable about the lines she carried.

After a couple weeks I sent her an email with my build list and she had an itemized quote for me that day! I decided to put a deposit down and ordered a Diamond C 6GT.

When we start looking at a Toy Hauler for our rigs, I have a feeling I'll be going back to 99 West.

So I have been looking for an eight foot long utility trailer and thought I would try and deal with a local company. My first visit was OK - the people who work there seem friendly and he office is neat and clean and the yard with the trailer stock seems somewhat organized.

After narrowing down my requirements based in the size of the spot I have to store the trailer - I went about trying to get a price and availability of a trailer.
