After requesting a quote from State Farm due to an increase in my rate from my (now former) insurance company, I spoke with Karisha about my options. I had been with another insurance company for about five years and realized I was paying way too much for car insurance and an umbrella policy. The whole office is great, but Sandra is an absolute rockstar. She goes above and beyond every time. I have yet to have a negative experience with Wallah's office, including the times when I get in touch later than I should and they have to rush. They're great and I look forward to continuing to work with them for as long as possible.

I processed a quote online looking for different insurance options and received a quick callback from this office to review it. I must say, Karisha made the experience so enjoyable and was very helpful with walking me through my options with switching insurance. I shouldn’t have had that much fun processing insurance but I did 😅. This is what you look for when wanting to have a great customer experience and to feel like you will have people working with and for you! I ended up getting an additional umbrella policy with my other coverages for around the same of what I was paying for two policies
