Here for a banquet with a limited menu and it was delicious. The staff worked hard and got it all done. Twice baked potatoes were ginormous!

Been coming here for years. Server was horrible. Very forget full. Nothing arived complete to table. He would apologize and then be gone fo 10 minutes come back and still not have what he left to get in first place. When I originally ordered my steak, I ordered horseradish with it. The horseraddish was forgotten again. I was already mad and had been waiting for a long time when he cam back without it again. He immediately turned around and said sorry, ill be right back. Nice place, great value, good food,,,most of the time.Today I ordered take out and the coconut shrimp smelled and tasted awful. When I called to discuss this I was told there was something wrong with my tastebuds,, really? I wouldn’t feed it to animals outside. I will not be having or recommending any “fresh” seafood from here. Bad customer service.

What a place! First the interior , it’s cozy and romantic , decor for holidays was amazing , we felt like we were in a cabin , and then food , omg Liver was amazing , Mac and Cheese like I never tried before , rich , pasta melting , my wife had seafood pasta and the size of the plate was like for two ! If you like bugs and bad steaks this is the place for you! We were seated quickly and things seemed to be fine, but we waited an unusually long amount of time to get our entrees considering the restaurant was mostly empty. The whole time we were sitting there we were swatting fruit flies/small bugs away from our food and drinks. As always the food is delicious. Always a pleasure to dine in. The restaurant is very cozy with the dark woods and carpeting on the floors. You come and relax enjoying your dinner. There's no rush to eat and leave quickly. One of those establishments where you can get your main meal and soup and salad for one price. Very affordable and portions are big. Menu has lots of options for everyone's taste. In one of the pictures dinner was split in two for kids to eat. They have moved on from chicken tender and fries.

Last night, Saturday, 11/13/21, my family and I celebrated my Mom's 80th Birthday celebration at Jameson's Original Charhouse in Arlington Heights. George, the owner, along with his staff, Patrick and Kevin, absolutely went out of their way to make this event ever so special for all of us!
Throughout the whole process, George was welcoming, friendly, accommodating, and pleasant in ensuring that the whole experience ran fluidly, stress-free, and seamlessly! This is a decent place to get some food. I was a little disappointed since I had high expectations from them considering the price. When we arrived, the staff were not wearing their face masks properly, including the manager. The food was a 2.5 out of 5. There are some plates that have no flavor, look like a mess and are bland.
Some other plates are good.
The service was good; our server was polite, and kept checking on us. The food took quite a while to come out.
This can be a great place if some things get fixed.

I feel kind of spoiled! Initially I ordered carry out, but when I arrived I decided to dine in. Everyone was exceptionally accommodating. I sat at the bar and ate my meal (which was EXCELLENT!!!), had a glass of wine - ok maybe 2 glasses ; . It was a peaceful enjoyable experience. The staff was even better than the food. The owners should be proud because it’s well deserved!!!

Nick was a professional and timely server. There was something on the menu for everyone. We left very full and everyone took home half their plate. Can't wait for leftovers. Great value. Food was yummy. Especially my sister's chicken Limone. Went on Monday so it was quiet. Recommend to try at least once. Go for special occasion.
