We have stayed at this Class A resort a few times now. Everything is top notch. Working with Lisa, Jimmy or John is easy and they are very accommodating. The location, camp layout, level sites, beautiful clubhouse, etc are all wonderful. Having stayed at a number of RV camps and a few RV Class A resorts, this is the best I have found to date. Well worth trying if you have a Class A.

5-star property with 1-star management. On-site owner/managers seemed nice enough until issues arose, then customer service & civility completely evaporated. We were treated as liars after explaining multiple times over several days that my wife's parents, who arrived with us on day one, had their own accommodations in town and had merely made the trip with us. They were NOT hiding out and/or staying in our coach! Inappropriate and unauthorized charges for these 2 "extra guests" were finally reversed only after heated arguments. Then, upon comparing our bill to our reservations, we were overcharged

Facilities were very nice, customer relations from owners was horrible. Unauthorized charges on credit card were made and owjers refused to correct in spite of confirmed reservations agreed to many months prior. Owners were very rude and caustic when we attempted to discuss the problem so we actually left early to get away from their unpleasant nature.. Too bad because the place is nice .

Jimmy & Lisa the owners are rockstars. They’ve created a hideaway resort that is peaceful, clean, quite and secure. Clubhouse and grilling area are amazing, and clean showers and bathrooms. Close to all of town yet far enough away to be in nature. I didn’t want to give a 5 star as would like to keep this gem a secret!!!!

We spent 4 nights at Ruidoso Motorcoach Ranch. It is a small, privately owned premier park and the nicest we have stayed in. The owners were on-site and attentive. The sites are concrete, spacious, level, with a gas fire pit, comfy chairs, and million dollar views. The landscape is breathtaking with a nice hiking trail. The office building was great, with well-planned, clean bathrooms and laundry room, along with a nice patio. It was a lovely visit made so in part because of Jimmy and Lisa’s attention to every detail. It is obvious that they really care about their property and the guests who
