RV Park
Our Ruidoso Campround is located at the south end of Ruidoso just minutes from both Ruidoso's historic downtown area and the horsetrack of Ruidoso Downs. Our RV Resort is perfectly located for the weekend break or a long tranquil stay. The Ruidoso RV Park and Resort is owned by a New Mexico native who fell in love with the area and has now lived in Ruidoso for more than 15 years.

We hope you enjoy the weather, sites and activities as much as we do.

We were given the smallest and most unlevel site in the park. There were a ton of available sites. The area so tight that trying to back into my site 2 trucks had to be moved. Over $50+ a night and they couldn't be bothered to bring us the cable box for t.v.

Clean, easy access, full hookups. Internet access not good from my spot (19). Not good cell service (Verizon) but not rv parks fault. They do offer cable TV. No fire pits or campfires allowed. They do have laundry and showers.

Be careful of business etiquette with this park, website rules for cancellation are misleading. They want a 48 hour notice or the deposit of one night is forfeited. Check-in time is listed as 12:00. We called before the 48 hr check-in time (7:15 am) and were denied our refund. Lady at he desk very short when my husband called to cancel and just stated she would take care of it with no additional information of refund. I guess check in time is very important for other matters except refunds. We have camped at several RV parks in Ruidoso and never been charged for services not rendered. We won’t

They have cable is you have a TV.
If you get Cellular signal it'll likely be faster than the WiFi. View was nice, air was ok, it has hookups so there is a smell.

Loved this place, spent Labor Day weekend here. Of course the place was sold out but on Monday everyone left and it was pretty empty. I have forgotten the lady's name at registration but she was a sweetheart to us. Our site #12 was an ideal location for our 34 ft Motorhome. Price was very reasonable and showers were clean and ready to use. A cable box is given to you at check in, easy to hook up and use. Only thing that needs to be better is of course the wifi, it was close to our spot but we still could not get it to work. Other than that it is worth your money and time to stay there.

Excellent access on Hwy 70. Terraced sites offer gorgeous views. We had a pull through, and had no problem with our fairly new fifth wheel and auto-leveling, but it would be a challenge for manual leveling. Some of the best internet speed we’ve experienced, and they give you a cable box (no extra charge) that provides amazing cable TV with lots of channels. Better TV than most parks, so nice touch. Beautiful dog park.

We stayed at this campground July 21-25. It was our first trip in our new travel trailer. We loved the campground. It was easy to get in and out, the hostess was very helpful. They have a lovely puppy park since we had our two small dogs with us. The weather was fantastic. The park is in a convenient location and is terraced up the side of a hill so the views were beautiful.

Our first stay here - a week. Liked it so much we're coming back late summer. The sites are a bit tight, but they are everywhere. They are all gravel and level. It's a "multi-tiered" rv resort, so the resort curves around and goes up to two or three higher rv areas. Although this is on a main road, the traffic really wasn't noticeable. The park itself is very quiet and well managed. WHAT WE LOVE: 1) Cable TV (50-60 channels) 2) Wifi - really - internet, and it worked. That was very important for us. 3) Full hookups. Management was very helpful, professional and polite. A very well organized and

Very nice RV park that has been open less than 2 years. The roads are steep and a few spots are not level but overall it's great. Norma, the lady who runs the place is very nice and helpful.
