We were leaving to mainland and needed both our vehicles deep cleaned for shipping purposes on short notice. Contacted a couple different places but Whitney was the most respectful, convenient, and affordable offer that I found. Took in the car first to see if the work was good and was not disappointed at all. Super thorough cleaning and quick service, I could not be more happy with the results. The shipping company barely had to inspect the vehicles because they were so nice. 10/10 service, would recommend to anyone needing quick and efficient detailing.

My car was left sitting for three and a half weeks while I was on vacation and I came back to find it completely covered in mold. Whitney of Fine Shine Auto Detailing did a wonderful job on the interior detailing of my car. Had a friend's dog ride along and left an odor behind that he was able to completely remove! He was friendly, forthcoming and honest about pricing up front. You can tell he is a hard worker, takes pride in his business - it's not a fancy set up but he is honest and does great work, which I really appreciate. I will be bringing my car back whenever I need any services and also recommending to my friends. I've been to a few other detailers on island and was charged significantly more for similar work.

Excellent work! Quick, easy, and detailed. I wish I had snagged a before and after shot. Cleaned, detailed, and even touched up paint all in a few hours. My 8 year old car looks like it was just driven off the showroom floor. They scoured the inside, eliminated stains on the seats, and buffed out the scratches (can't even see them).
It is a very thorough and meticulous job, but now I don't want to sell the car! There's something to be said for someone like Winston and his helpers who take such great pride in their work.

Awesome and so convenient, right in Kailua town! He took me home and picked me up. So nice. I would ask for mat finish Armor-All next time. Slippery when dry, I could barely stay in my seat. LOL

3 KIDS AND 2 DOGS!! Wish I took before pics, but to paint you a picture I have 3 boys and 2 dogs. Our van was covered in dog hair and sand, not to mention all the sticky finger prints, coffee stains, and crumbs from who knows what --compliments of my kids. NOW LOOK AT THE AFTER PICTURES, I MEAN THEY SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES IT'S A NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENCE!! Even the rims were spotless!! Definitely not something I could do on my own. Our truck wasn't nearly as bad on the inside but the outside needed some work, as it hadn't been washed in 6 months (husband deployed).

The first time I had my car detailed with Whitney we were really happy. So I referred my two friends. The second time we had our car detailed (only a few month later) we had some issues. He quoted $280 because that is the price for a really dirty car with sand and dog hair. When I called to pick it up he said it would cost $480 because he spent the whole day on the car. I thought this was very unprofessional and I was upset he did not update my quote at any point during the day. All I can say is ... WOW!!... I called them this morning at 9:30am because yesterday we spilled a cappuccino in our new ford and didn't want the milk to sink in a spoil. A very nice gentalman answered the phone and got is in within an hour. It was easy, I dropped off my car, explained the issue and mainly just thought they would vacuum and scrub out the coffee but when I picked it up the entire interior looked brand new! I brought my 2011 Nissan Rogue in for a full detail - it's first ever, I am SURE, yesterday. Everything about the experience was worthy of five stars, including the finished product. I honestly think the car looks as clean as it did the day it left the dealership a decade ago! That's saying a lot considering I park in dirt (mud, if it's been raining) with trees and birds overhead. The upholstery and carpet was so dirty and it's spotless now. There isn't a grain of sand to be found from front to back, and everything is sparkling clean. The price charged is EXCELLENT

I have a very old jeep which I'm shipping back to the Mainland and when I say they detailed it they detailed it even put my rear view mirror back on, the rims were pretty bad and now they look fresh and new. wonderful job what was even better is that it was last minute, highly recommend! P.S the pictures don't do justice at all!

My husband puked all inside our roommate's Mazda CX-5. No warning, windows down, moving car, puke all inside the interior. Had to paint the picture for you guys.
We needed to get the car cleaned ASAP, but during COVID-19 and the current stay at home orders, we didn't think anyone would be able to clean the car soon.
THANK GOODNESS for Fine Shine! They were able to take the car in SAME DAY and took care of the mess completely! When we picked up the car, there were a few spots missed (ceiling) but it was taken care of right when we pointed it out.

Great service and great quality. Fine shine was so accommodating to my work schedule and we’re very friendly.
My car had obviously been a little roughed up on the inside-plenty of sweaty hikes, a respectable amount of sand, and a dog. Fine shine gave me a sweet deal and didn’t upcharge me for to additional grime.

We decided to sell our 2011 Prius and wanted to get it detailed. We chose Fine Shine because of there location and competitive pricing. Fine Shine made the car look brand new! The first person who looked at our Prius bought it! Thanks to Fine Shine we got top dollar and a quick sale!

I got a screaming deal on a pickup, but the entire exterior was covered in paint overspray. It also did not have a bedliner. Whitney, the owner, offered me a deal to do the spray-on bedliner and the exterior paint overspray removal. When I went to pick up my truck, I was elated. Not only did the bed look awesome, but the exterior paint was just as smooth as a baby's behind! He also cleaned the carpeting and so my pickup not only looked brand new, it smelled awesome too. And, on top of all of that, he put 4 coats of wax.

Dropped my truck off and had never needed to get it detailed but I'm shipping it off island so I figured now would be the time, great guys dropped it off had it done exactly when they said it would be and it looks fantastic. Would recommend them to anyone looking to make their car look brand new again.

If you want your car to pass inspection for shipment, ask this guy to do it. It was a bit pricey, but worth every penny, sparing me a headache had it not passed. There were five cars in front of mine and three of them failed the pre-inspection. The inspectors are strict, and take a look at everything inside, outside, in the trunk, and even under the hood. Fine shine took care of everything and finished my car in 3 hours, earlier than the 4 hour time wait they originally gave me.

By far the best bang for your buck!! They took my car in on short notice, and it needed a lot of attention! They scrubbed the insides, outsides, shampooed, waxed! Everything!
They went above and beyond by touching up some chipped paint on the bumper, and fixing my console. Overall, a great experience from a great team!

Best detailing in town! I bought my car 2 months ago and it was a wreck, spent several hours on my own trying to clean it and ended up giving up. I wish I had before pictures because it was nasty.
