Kate at Viva's was very helpful! The communication was very clear and organized, they designed the flower arrangements based on the sample I sent them. And they made a special effort to deliver the bouquet on time. I called a few different florists in the area and only Viva's can provide the service. I highly recommend it!

My aunt ordered flowers to come to my house. i was down in the basement so i didn’t see which employee it was, but someone came INSIDE my house without knocking or alerting my family and dropped the flowers off there. when she called to complain about their delivery person breaking into my house, the excuse given by the owner was that they “didn’t speak english well” … you don’t have to speak english to know not to break into someone’s house. made me feel incredibly unsafe not to mention that my aunt ordered and paid for roses which were replaced by much cheaper flowers with no discount

I lived in other countries before and in other states for the last 20 years, but now I live in MA. I have always received flowers as gifts from my family and friends. A couple of weeks ago someone gave me an arrangement from a florist named Viva Flowers. It was so amazing and beautiful, and now 14 days later, they are just as fresh and untouched as the day I received them. I recommend this shop wholeheartedly!
