2016 Audi with a Parking Brake malfunction light. When it comes on the car won't start. Paid a shop in Spokane to diagnose the issue, was told only thing to do is clear the codes and reset the system. I gave wife the green light to drive the car to Puyallup a week and a half after and it gave the error and stopped while she was driving down I-90 at George. I looked for shops nearby and found Scotty's. I selected them based on all the great reviews.
I can tell you I have never been happier with a service shop than I am with Scotty's. Great communication throughout, it seems Jeanette never goes

Car had transmission issues heading to Seattle. They took a look without an appointment and found the issue (gasket broke leaking transmission fluid). While they couldn't do the work because it was very difficult and they were booked a ways out they helped call to different auto part stores to find the exact type of transmission fluid so I could buy a case to get home and showed me how to check the fluid level and what to do. Extremely impressed and very thankful.

They were able to accommodate me for a used vehicle inspection the day I called. The inspection was thorough, a great price, and alerted me to issues I would have not found on my own. The generated report was detailed with pictures of all the items that required attention and why. I highly recommend coming here for all your vehicle servicing needs.

I want to be polite so I'll just say in the future i will not be going back to scotty's. I will however be going back to Affordable Auto Repair at 2836 Driggs Dr, Moses Lake, WA 98837 where I normally go but wasn't willing to wait for my appointment bad choice

My car broke down on I-90 (engine seized up) and I had it towed to Scotty's on a Saturday when their office was closed. Dialogued with them long distance (I live west of the mountains) for most of the week. They were always courteous and kind. And happily helpful. They gave me a fair quote for repair and were patient with my questions and with the amount of time it took me to reach a decision. Ultimately, I did not have them repair the vehicle (cost too prohibitive for my financial situation); and so I sold the car and had another towing company come to get it. Scotty's happily agreed to take possession

OMG! There is a God and theze guys work for him! LoL! Nobody in town would put my transmission in let alone fix my car! My little Ford Focus needed help and Don with his amazing, down to earth staff went above and beyond! Not only did they fix my car they exceeded all my expectations. I'm a working man so I was nervous about the cost. Not only… were they affordable and cost efficient, they were super professional and reliable! Great experience drove away Happy and will be back! Brought my Lincoln Town Car in for the 20$ Groupon oil change and inspection. Getting a regular Car inspection can finds issues before they become bigger problems. Scotty's emailed me pictures where they discovered a ball-joint concern. The staff is friendly, and there is a nice clean waiting room. Will bring my car back to Scotty's for regular maintenance when I'm traveling between Rattle and Spokane.

I took our car in for an oil change, and thanks to their careful inspection, learned scary news that the tires were so dangerous I shouldn't have driven on a highway and was even cautioned about driving home. EEK! They made an appointment for repairs to be done soon, so I thank Scotty's for being my guardian angels. All wonderful folks to deal with.

New in town, after going to the local Toyota dealership who recommended to change, flush repair all sorts of things. ( we keep our cars regularly serviced and maintained) we decided to take our cars to Scotty's for a second opinion. They did not find anything with the exception of the coolant was a little low. We found a repair shop that is honest and professional. We are truly grateful.

My first time ever going into an auto repair shop! They were really great to work with me and told me about other things necessary on changing on my car. Want to say Scotty Automotive was very nice and prompt in their service. I called at 8:00 am to have a fuel filter change I was going to do it myself but I had trouble with getting the top off. They said come right down and they got it done right away. Unfortunately I got some bad gas somewhere and better safe then sorry. I'm from California traveling to Yellowstone. Don't need any worries. I would highly recommend this auto shop. And I got a flower.

These guys are awesome. We live out of town but needed to get a car fixed up in Moses Lake. We ended up having it towed to Scotty's and they were great about everything. They communicated with us every step of the way and waited for us to approve charges. In addition, they went over and beyond by storing our car for a few weeks, free of charge. We weren't able to get through the pass due to weather conditions. I would highly recommend taking your car to Scotty's!

Last December my car broke down just past Vantage on my way from Auburn to Spokane at 9pm on a Friday. Scottys was the only place I could find open on Saturday. I was towed there and got a hotel room. When they opened up on Saturday they got my car in first thing. One thing after another was wrong with the car but they spent 11 hours including keeping the entire team two hours past closing to get me fixed and on the road. I cannot thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone.

My car broke down near Moses Lake. I called around and got a referral to Scotty's. They kept the shop open past closing on a Saturday afternoon and waited for my car to be towed to their shop. They special ordered parts for my car, and I was able to pick it up the following weekend. They did great work! The bill was fair and the service was professional and courteous.
