We provide a wide range of professional services to meet your needs. We promise to provide every service with a smile, and to your highest level of satisfaction. Brake system evaluation, brake pad or brake shoe replacement, and off-vehicle resurfacing of drums or rotors on the serviced axle(s).
If symptoms point to a bad front axle, the axle will be inspected for damage, and if the mechanic hears clicking from the CV joints while driving, the CV axles will be replaced.If your vehicle isn't blowing cold air, it might be time to refill your refrigerant. However, if your refrigerant is running low, there is most likely a leak that needs to be addressed because the air conditioner is supposed to be an airtight system with no leaks.

I'm am beyond happy with this Shop. I came in with a bad Master Cylinder and they had me in and out fast. They provided me a warranty on their work which brings me confidence. They went above and beyond and made sure I approved the work before I drove off the lot. They even bled my brakes again to get them just right. Took my Lexus in for a water pump replacement on 9/20/21. Considering the location of the water pump, it's a bit of a handful but Columbia Basin Auto did a great job. Had my SUV back that day in amazing working order. Not only satisfied with the work but more importantly their very affordable rates as well. Good customer service too. Highly recommend.

I broke down in Moses Lake on my way home to Montana. I called a few places and they wouldn't even look at it for me because they were too busy. When I called Columbia Basin Auto repair, he was also very busy, but he said he will always try to help! He looked at my vehicle the same day and found out the issue. Unfortunately he couldn't get a part for a few days and I couldn't stay in town that long so had a friend come and haul my vehicle home for me. I am so grateful for the professionalism and kindness I was shown at this Auto shop and I would 100% have trusted them to take care of my vehicle

Completely unprofessional. I called and made an appointment for a week and half out for 2 pm to have my thermostat done. I asked if it was something he could do while I waited and he said yeah, book said it would take two hours but that he could get it done in probably under 1 hour. Day comes I bring my car in and he says he will call me when it's done. I decide to walk down the road to the local watering hole and get dinner. After two and a half hours I walk back and ask him if it's done and he says, "hpff no. I had to order parts" and I said to him "you said you would have it done in an hour

I have known Rich for several years and he is extremely reliable, and fair.
So although unfortunate , my vehicle has been very sick.

Rich is awesome! We hit something in the road on our way to Spokane. Got a tow to Moses Lake because the car was rattling. Rich found the problem and fixed it very quickly. He was friendly, knowledgable and extremely fair. Could have cost A LOT more than he charged. We were back on the road quickly. Thank you!!
