This gym has a long history behind it and is one of the last serious, gritty, old school, no frills gyms left in the country! When I bought the gym in May of 2012' it was on the verge of going away forever. This would have been a sad loss to the many longtime faithful members and former patrons who got their start training here.
It doesn't matter where you go or how big or small a gym is. What matters, is that you have a workout routine that works best for your personal fitness goals. We know a great workout routine is required to get the best results. Because of this, our workout routine is specialized to benefit you. We build each program based on decades of training and research.
At Muscles Unlimited, we offer strength training routines that actually work. We don't play games where we assume everyone is the same, or has the same goals. Everyone is different. Everyone progresses differently and improves different. This is why we customize each and every one of our strength training routines to fit the build of the specific person we are training.
We provide custom weight lifting plans and training schedules based on your individual needs. Of course, fundamentally we are all physically the same species. Our bodies are fundamentally different and unique at the same time. All kinds of factors can play role in how you develop and progress in with your training compared to someone else.
