ADA Personal Training
ADA Personal Training is Training For Life. What I mean in saying that is, I want to train my clients to be healthy, functional, fit people that have been trained on how to move, eat and take on life in a way that they can be proud of and never experience any limitations in doing so. My goal is to adapt my personal training and nutrition protocol to the client's needs.

There are probably a million and a half ways to train in the gym. My goal isn't necessarily to show my clients my way of working out. Instead, I take on the responsibility of finding and applying the style of workouts that each given client needs based on their goals, motivation, and fitness ability.

After multiple solo attempts and a few inferior trainers I have made more progress in my time with Austen then all my other attempts put together. His custom diet plan is tailored to me and my goals. I think most important though is his knowledge of weights, training, and proper form develops muscles the way they should look.
