The ceiling fans, tile floors and central ac/ heat are ideal for the warm Florida weather and the occasional cold snap; all have outside seating areas, cable TV, HBO and Wi-Fi; a refrigerator/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. The beds are queen sized and linen/ towel exchange is provided twice a week.
A friend needed a fast place to stay after an apt fire. At first they appeared to be full, but Chuck found a way to make this happen and get him in right away. It's a lovely place, with full amenities. I would recommend Addy's Villas. Clean clean clean! These days cleanliness is of utmost concern and we were immediately pleased and at ease during our stay here.
Addy's Villas is a small, family owned business; we fell in love with the property the first time we saw it! Chuck and I enjoy sharing this special spot with our guests, many of whom become part of our extended family. We live on site and are available to make your stay comfortable. This place is immaculate it's well-kept the rooms look like they paint every time someone checks out there's not a mark on the walls I've never stayed any place this clean by far worth the money worth a trip and I can't wait to start my fun! The beach is not that far away there's plenty things to do here don't let the location fool you!I would rate it at 10 star for cleanliness

Super clean and well equipped villas managed by wonderful hosts, Michael and Chuck, who went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and stress-free!
The villa was stocked with all the things we needed and everything was in working order. We definitely appreciated the full kitchen with all the cookware that was washed and individually wrapped for our peace of mind. Even individual BBQ utensils were provided in our unit!
The wifi was fast and overall the unit exceeded our expectations.
The location was convenient, just off the 41 and a few minute drive to a beach with free parking, or a 10

Michael and Chuck are fantastic hosts. Very friendly and accommodating I have been coming to the Nokomis area for 25 years and this was my first stay at the Villas. Everything was so clean and well prepared for my stay. The grounds are very tidy and clean as well with a great pool area! Everything about my stay way perfect. I would definitely… recommend staying here if you are traveling through or vacationing. It is just not your every day hotel. It's also in a perfect location right off of 41 (Tamiami Trail). This place is not only extremely clean but it's absolutely beautiful. The outside grounds are very well maintained. The inside of the cottages and efficiencies are spotless and have the vacation fell as soon as you walk through the door. The owners Mike & Chuck don't just run an amazing place they themselves are very accommodating, understanding and they actually care about their guests. George is one of a kind. He is definitely a wonderful person that does his very best to keep Addy's Villas amazing.

Traveling from CT., we relied heavily on the reviews in our selecting this location. It was amazing--immaculate, close to many great spots. Chuck & Michael thought of everything to include a handout of places to go, local food spots & rainy day suggestions. They provided towels and beach chairs upon request. We opted for the villa with a garage (garage door opener included) and an on-premises washer/dryer. It had all the comforts of home but in a beautiful Florida location. Definitely a return trip is in our future plans

Staying at Addy’s Villas was like coming home! The owners were friendly, personable and always helpful. They both remarked separately that I looked just like Addy, the original owner. Everything in the room, pool area, and grounds was immaculate, well maintained and attractive. Our room had everything we needed and more to make our stay just perfect! We can’t wait to come back and stay longer. We will pass the word that Addy’s Villas is the best place to stay in the Venice area!

Cleanliness is one of our family's greatest concerns when traveling. Second to that is noise. Hotels don't cut it. Addy's Villas does! The cleanliness and spaciousness of these villas are unparalleled. It felt like our comfortable house, and our son (a horrible traveler) loved it and still mentions the "beach house." There was a slight delay in the tub drain (hey-it happens), and it was fixed before we returned from breakfast! A very nice place to relax in this area, and we hope to visit annually.

Addys Villa is a sweet little piece of Old Florida at its finest! I can't say enough about this property, the accommodations or the owners of this business. The decor is traditional Florida without feeling outdated. The kitchens are modern. I adore all of the ratan furniture, the beds are amazing and comfortable with soft and comfortable bedding. The towels are plush. The kitchen is well appointed. They did not forget one thing! The rooms are SPOTLESS! The landscaping and decor and pool area are all kept in impeccable condition. There is a lovely area to grill and even free guest laundry

Addy's Villas in Nokomis Florida is by far the cleanest, friendliest, well maintained place I have ever seen or stayed at. The owners Chuck and Mike are so friendly and personable they will do whatever is in their power to accommodate each and every one of their guests. The grounds are kept perfect, the pool is sparkling clean perfect swimming temperature. Addy's Villas is centrally located to so many places, you will not have to look far to find a restaurant, a beach, shopping, gas everything you need is a stones throw away. They have everything printed out inside of each villa to let you know

We just got back from our stay at Addy's Villas in Nokomis, FL and the only thing we could have wished for was more time there! We are a family of 5, with 3 small kids and it is very difficult to not only travel "light" but to also feel truly comfortable when stay away from home. Addy's Villas exceeded ALL expectations for our recent road trip! First off, Michael and Chuck are so friendly and maintain one of the nicest, cleanest accommodations we've ever stayed at! And when I say clean, I mean fully scrubbed down, every dish, cup, remote control disinfected and wrapped up so we could be assured

We stayed at Addy’s for a week. Beautiful, well kept grounds and pool. Our villa was a 2 bedroom. Spacious, beautiful decor, with a full size kitchen. The villa was exceptionally clean!!! We have never stayed at a vacation rental that has ever been this CLEAN! ESP at the beach! The owners were so friendly and very accommodating. We have visited this area for the last 6 years, this has been by far our best accommodations. We will definitely be back! Thank you guys for making us feel at home!

My Family and I have been staying at Addy’s Villas for now our 3rd year. Michael and Chuck have been very accommodating and hospitable. They provide very clean accommodations for a trip to Florida. This place is very quaint, peaceful, and quiet. When traveling to Florida, we feel at home staying at Addy’s Villas. We would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Florida especially visiting the gulf coast. Only minutes from nice beaches, good restaurants, and awesome sunsets.

I would give it 6 stars, if I could. This is a quiet, clean, attractive grouping of accommodations ranging from efficiencies to 3 room suites, arranged around a swimming pool. The location is convenient and right near the beach - walking distance. The owners were friendly and very helpful. Don't expect to find a room in-season, as they are fully booked, but off-season, they do have availabilities.

Quiet, clean, affordable and situated in a perfect location to explore everything from Venice to Sarasota. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort. Michael and Chuck went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
We go out of our way to stay at vintage Florida resorts and this is one of the nicest we have visited. Our room was totally updated and very well equipped with everything we needed.

This place has charm to burn! It looks like an old fashioned motor court and may at one point been one. There are villas of varying sizes from two bedrooms to four. Our friend Debra recommended it and several of us from out of town stayed here, as did she and her family. The largest house is at the back of the property and was shared by four wedding guests, two singles and one couple, so one bedroom went unused. We visited w/ one of our friends who stayed there and it was large and attractive, w/ a huge kitchen.
