Cleaning and Housekeeping fees are included [Fresh towels are provided if your stay is longer than three days and fresh linens are provided if your stay is more than one week]. Phone numbers for all apartments are listed in our Welcome Letter [Unlimited calls within US & Canada from all units]. Cancellation Privilege for Deposit Refund - Prior to Novemberr 1 for winter-rate rentals - 30 days for all other rentals.

This is one of the first places I stayed at when I moved to Florida in 2008. I saw a waterspout coming off the ocean onto the land here I believe on August 01, 2008.
I took a picture here on my phone one time in 2016 and it was of some sort of unidentified extra terrestrial being.
Very unusual.
It was not until years later that I realized that this photo was taken out on the beach here at the Beachcomber in Venice, Florida.
I still am extremely cautious when it goes to coming back to this area.
The photo I have is extremely detailed.
I plugged my phone in one night here and was asked to leave

Nice condos. Price is competitive. The condos do need updated and small repairs made.
Stayed in Unit 10.
Some of the outlets need to be updated to the 3 prong, as most laptops use the 3 prong outlets.
The WIFI is VERY slow and needs to be upgraded something fierce.
The walk to the beach is a nice short walk and the beach is never crowded.
It is usually quiet here and the staff is very friendly and will try to make your stay an enjoyable one.
The Pool is very nice and maintained.
The screened in porch on Unit 10 is super nice and is enjoyable during the day and in the evenings.

We fell in love with the Beachcomber and all it stands for. Great people, great rooms, great area, great views, all GREAT!
Maureen is awesome and so easy to communicate with, she makes it such a wonderful place along with everything they have to offer. If you like fancy, modern, ritzy, etc, then you DO NOT need to stay here. Please leave it for us to enjoy just the way it is!!

Awesome place right on the beach!! It is older, but so wonderfully maintained it is fantastic!! Close to everything you will need and an easy walk to town. My only criticism is the lack of shade by the pool. If like me you want shade while your sweetie enjoys the sun, your only option is to sit in the grill cabana. No fun.

Visiting family and the place is always a pleasure to visit and stay at! I once checked out and realized when I got home that I had left my gold ring behind on the night stand called the hotel and to my surprise and delight Maureen called me to tell me she go found it!! I had it on my finger 2days later!

We recently spent a week at the Beachcomber in Venice Beach, it was our second visit. This is the only hotel situated directly on the beach in Venice and the sunsets are spectacular. Our room was very much like a small apartment with a full kitchen, sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. The Beachcomber has an authentic Vintage Florida vibe that I love. The manager was very friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Just enjoyed another relaxing holiday weekend at the Beachcomber with my family and friends. The property is well maintained. All of the rooms are clean and neat and include a well supplied kitchen. The management and staff are friendly and very accommodating to their guests needs. We can't wait to go back there again! We already have reservations for two more visits next year.
