So disappointed and frustrated with the merger with Impower. Everything has crumbled into chaos. I was finally happy with a psychiatrist and connecting with a counselor! Dr. B and Tina were great! And now they are both GONE! New psychiatrist rushes clients out in 15 minutes - while Dr. B spent an hour or more listening to her patients’ needs and concerns! It’s taken over a month to get an appointment with a new counselor - who does not listen and cuts you off to make you feel like you’re “wrong” for whatever you’re feeling/saying. Ridiculous amount of online forms for Impower that only

I honestly would not sign up for this program , one thing they don’t tell you when u sign up is that the patient can “ loose weeks” witch means you stay longer than the 3 month period and you can loose weeks over petty things. Staff is very bias with patients and has favorites, calls clients names etc.
very unhealthy environment, dirty , a lot of fights break out. No one graduates on time and you truthfully don’t get the rehab services you need. Clients are focused on the drama in the doorm. Don’t go to the grove it’s BS program 💀💀

For those going to the Grove voluntary or count order for intake I will warn those who do sign those papers they will do anything they can to screw you over but some of the staff are great but some will keep you there. One slip up can cause you weeks when I mean weeks I mean several weeks for the pettiest things. The food is school regulation (not really the meals are small not enough to keep you filled.) but my recommendation is don't sign those papers I've been behind those walls at the Grove as an intake there and it's not a healthy environment PERIOD. I hope this review helps you guys out on
