Jennifer Whitfield is an in-network provider for Blue Cross and Blue Shield/ Florida Blue, Cigna, and United Healthcare. If you have an insurance provider other than the carriers listed above, you may be able to submit a claim under your out-of- network benefits. If you wish to attempt to obtain insurance reimbursement, your therapist will provide you with a receipt and summary of treatment that you can submit to your insurance carrier.
