Health care professionals be aware. Hallmark is a terrible place to work. They don't have any depends, no wipes, no gloves and you will have to pretty much work the floor by yourself on weekends. It is not fair to the elderly residents. It is a horrible place and the management doesn't care. BTW these 5 star reviews are all paid. Beware

These people never hear the doorbell, i have been there at different times and rang it multiple times, they never answer. i beeped them 4 times when my mother needed help in her room, there were 5 workers down the hall talking, not one came until i yelled down to them. we are talking elderly patients, sometimes they dont have 5 minutes so you all can chat and catch up on soap operas or whatever..this place greatly upsets me..not including the fact that they keep giving my mother her meds at the wrong times, sometimes not at all.. if you cant do your job, you shouldnt get paid..!

Melody RN, is great, she was very understanding, prompt, listened to our loved one and our questions, concerns and took action to help us. A couple days before Liz was very helpful also. The CNAs have also been very helpful, kind and patient caring for our elderly loved one. A huge thank you to all! Each of you are making this journey a little easier.

I'm very satisfied with the people who work there. It's hard sometimes to get a hold of them by phone, but they're hiring more people and all the new people are been very sweet to us and my mom. She's so much happier there then the other nursing homes she been in. A lot of worries have been resolved by transferring her to Hallmark. Plus, it's a blessing to have her close to my home and visit her anytime I want except after 6pm. Which is understandable.

I just want to give a shout out to the hardworking staff at Hallmark in Pekin. We placed my mother there in September, which was incredibly unsettling because of COVID and we unable to go inside. However, I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. My mother has also commented on how well she is treated. I just appreciate that they are there to answer my many questions as well as reach out to me if there are any issues. I look forward to being able to meet the staff face to face to say thank you.

I am an employee at hallmark health care but I have also put in my two weeks along with a couple other people here due to poor management and there is no communication at all in the building. I feel like our voices are not heard in the kitchen or anyone that tries to have an opinion that is not management. We get no help or recognition for the good that we do only get yelled at for mistakes that happen every now and then. The front office managers never help in any way the only time they are in the dining area is when state is here or when they have no other choice.

Hallmark is very well known as a great skilled nursing facility. I've continually inspected the smell and cleanliness... out of habit. And the attitudes of the staff and eagerness to their approach and assisting the residents. Noticing each one as a individual. I have someone there. And she Happy! That's all I could Pray and ask GOD for. In return I am thrilled. Thank you Hallmark Nursing Home!

I had my parents in Hallmark with my most recent loved one passing. They took wonderful care of my folks; caring, accommodating to their needs. The ladies in the business office always welcoming my father for little chats! This is a difficult business and unfortunately we were unable to care for our parents by ourselves. Much appreciation to the staff at Hallmark Nursing home.
