It was a wonderful experience working with Dr. Johnson. She laid out carefully the plan for my teeth and explained to me every visit what we would accomplish. Her projections were always accurate and she chose the best adjustment each visit - so we even got to take them off early! She is very reliable, supportive, and flexible.

The entire team works hard to ensure a great experience. Appointments typically run on time as scheduled and everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. While the team moves quickly they make the patient (of all ages) feel important by taking the necessary time to be personable and answer any questions. On top of that the technology they use is super impressive!

So happy with my experience here. I went to 2 other practices that didn't really listen to me & rushed me out the door. When I came to Scioto Orthodontics, they took the time to listen & offered different solutions. They were very understanding when I wanted to change from one treatment to the other, a couple weeks in. All the ladies in the office, from the front desk all the way to the Doctors, have been nothing but helpful, considerate and thoughtful!

The Orthodontist’s only greet the patient not the parent. They aren’t even friendly, never make eye contact with parents. I have to ask what are we doing today at the appointment, whats the progress of the patient’s teeth(braces). I left the appointment with my child, got in our car and my child said am I supposed to be wearing rubber-bands? My child was never told either way. On way home and the next day, brackets came off. We used to be happy in this practice, not anymore. Moving elsewhere.

I went to my first appointment with these ladies and I got to say, excellent service! I was greeted nicely and very attentively. I was on time and the wait time was absolutely minimal. They took X-rays and I was given a thorough exam. Lori, who took care of my X-rays and paperwork, was tremendously nice and professional! The Orthodontist herself was extremely knowledgeable and she was right in to see as soon as Lori was done with my X-rays. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
