I had a great experience. The experience was amazing. Dr. Mason and everyone who works there are so friendly and cooperative. Besides the incredible work Dr. Mason did, he is professional, prompt, and thorough. Dr. Mason takes the time to really explain the process. He does a great work. Highly recommend.

I could not be more happy with my experience with Dr. Mason and his team. Everyone was very polite and professional. The service was outstanding all around. I started my Invisalign treatment in November 2020 and finished within 11 months. Every visit/ check-up I had during my treatment was quick and efficient and I was always impressed with how well managed the whole office/ staff was. I could not be more in love with my smile! A huge thank you to Dr. Mason and his amazing team for making me feel more confident than ever before.

Outstanding service. Dr Mason, Bailey and the whole team does such a great job. He worked wonders on my crossbite and fixed my smile in one year with Invisalign and additional attachments. I got Invisalign before my wedding and I am so glad I did! I had braces as a kid so my teeth were mostly straight but a few had shifted over the years. One of the teeth that shifted appeared to be starting to cause a domino effect so I knew I should do something about it but I put it off for a while. The process was quick and easy, and I was done in time for my big day. Dr. Mason is great (knowledgeable and kind) and his entire staff (both at Polaris and downtown locations) are absolutely wonderful. I had such a wonderful experience that my best friend and her husband went to him for Invisalign

I scheduled several consults with orthodontists in the Columbus area and ultimately felt most comfortable with Dr. Mason and his team at Columbus Orthodontic Center. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly and get my treatment started. Dr. Mason and his team provided nothing short of exceptional service and kept me informed at all steps along the way. I was able to knock out my treatment in under a year and can’t be more pleased with the results. My sister and I both started our braces journey here. I had to have a lot done before I even got my braces on. Over the last year and a half I’ve been to the office a dozens of times. What usually would be a grueling and unpleasant experience, isn’t because of the wonderful staff. Dr. Mason really knows what he’s doing. They always have appointments available and are very flexible with my schedule. A special shout out to Cami, who’s truly made this experience great.
