Our mission is to provide the best martial arts experience by meeting the needs of each student and helping them reach their fullest potential. When I began my journey in the American Taekwondo Association in 1973, I never imagined the positive impact it would have on me and my life has been remarkable.
I made a commitment to our communities in Murrysville, Export, Delmont, Vandergrift, and Solon, Ohio to embrace all ages of martial art enthusiasts by creating an enjoyable training environment. What began for us as a fun family activity has evolved into so much more. As parents, it has been a blessing to see our three children grow in confidence, strength, skill and focus, all while having a great time and making good friends.

Great facility with tons of options for class times for kids and adults. Helps big time if your kids are in other activities: we have multiple options a week to pick from and we love that. Every class we have had here has been taught by an instructor with a positive attitude and great energy - teachers who encourage excellence and not stagnation were important to us when we picked this place over others, and we are thrilled.
My kids love the upbeat feel of this place and always leave feeling productive and happy and they get a great workout after sitting in school all day. I have noticed they

All of the staff here are amazing! Even the youngest children are respectful in class because the teachers are respectful to them - it is mutual. Grand Master will walk out of class and tell the parents "It was an honor to teach your kids today." I joined when my kids joined, and every time I leave class I feel so empowered as well. Love it here!

Thankfully I haven’t personally had the misfortune of meeting ‘master’ Caruso in person but a dear friend brought her mildly autistic son to a session at this studio. This child is 5 years old and was kicked out after 10 minutes by Caruso because ‘he couldn’t cut it’. This man has no business working with children and I would encourage anyone wishing to sign their child up for lessons to look elsewhere. He is discriminatory at best and should be ashamed of himself
