While spending a few days on vacation in Los Osos, my car suddenly developed a very uncomfortable vibration while driving. I stopped in at Bay Auto Tire and Towing. Denis, the chief mechanic, was accommodating and diagnosed immediately that my rear tires ran uneven due to age and needed replacement. Denis immediately ordered and replaced the tires and got me back on the road. Thanks got the great and professional service!

We're spending four days in Morro Bay heading towards San Diego, we started 50 days ago in Texas. Saturday morning, October 2, we started our vehicle to drive the area only to find it going only 2 to 3 mph. A Google search showed every mechanical shop in town was closed except Bay Auto and Repair. We luckily managed to creep into this business and explained our dilemma. We were told they would not be able to look at it until Monday, October 4, and they were very nice and professional. We found Bay Auto and Tire because we are new to town and I know a little about mechanical work but am working too much myself. They have taken care of our VW Diesel Jetta and have been very competent, good prices, knowledgeable mechanics and fairly quick repair times. They are great and I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

We had a flat tire on our way to the beach. Luckily there were three tire stores with in a half mile. The first two tire shops said "sorry" it was Saturday and they were closing soon. This shop was already closed but still helped us out anyways. We'll go out of our way to come back, these guys were so nice- they tried not to take any money.

Don't Go Here! And Definitely Do Not Go to The Bay Auto off of Los Osos Valley Rd. They are Shady and Rip you off. Do not Trust their work. It could mean your cars life. I would Highly recommend you go to Pacific Auto Service instead. At 1071 Los Osos Valley Rd. They are more than Qualified, Honest, and Will NOT RIP YOU OFF!!!

Miguel and his team are fantastic! I first met Miguel at his shop in Morro Bay in 2013 when he installed a new engine in my car. I was referred to him by another mechanic (yes another shop gave him AMAZING reviews). Everything went smooth and he was by far the most adorable mechanic on the Coast. My most recent visit, today, was to install a new blinker and battery. Not only did it cost way less than I anticipated, he finished the job faster than I expected.
He's honest, dependable and has exceptional customer service! Small jobs or big jobs, he's #1 around here!

Our son came up from LA area yesterday to visit us while we were camping and to golf. Late at night he went to drive home and realized something was wrong with his car. Since it was late he couldn't get it looked at till morning. He went to one shop and they didn't have space/time but referred our son to next door, which was Bay Auto. They were able to take his car and fix it and have him on the road back home within 4 hours. Cost was reasonable with online prices we could find. It was nice to know that when we are in the area there is a place we can go for car repair! Thanks!
