Wonderful staff and selection of clothing and accessories. Josie at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. Very polite employee. She helped me find what I was looking for. I see staff is trained extremely well here. Good job Josie for making my experience at steel horse Harley the best it could be!

When I bought my first bike, Steel Horse was righteous. Now I'd rather go elsewhere. The sales staff act like they don't care. They have nothing for used bikes so you feel like you are pressured to buy new. The clothing is a joke. Its like your SOL( sh#$ out of luck ) if you aren't 3x or bigger or medium or smaller. The part dept has nothing really unless it is a newer bike and don't even get me started on shop rates and amount of time to get something done. Steel Horse has gone down hill.....

Brought my bike in for a rear tire, first time dealing with a dealership and this shop. I worked with Scott at the service desk-great person, truth in pricing and very upfront. He checked my 2003 Heritage Softail Anniversary in and like every customer I had a few questions and he took his time and answered every one. I waited for the repairs,… took a stroll around the showroom and everyone was very helpful with questions or help i needed. Scott recommend a future repair that I will be gladly going back to have done. My bike rides so much better now, you have customer for life now.

Excellent HD location with fantastic selection and service department. Everyone is very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. Fantastic deal on my new Road Glide Limited. I've had other bikes serviced here, and purchased many parts, motorclothes, etc. Everyone has always been very pleasant and helpful. Great dealership.
