Relatively new to MotoRichmond having moved back to the east coast and bought a Vespa. I've ordered parts and accessories from MotoRichmond and had my Vespa serviced. In an age when customer service is often not a priority or even in existence, MotoRichmond provides awesome customer service "like it used to be". People are friendly and helpful, calls are made to inform you of accessories received, scooter/motorcycle is ready for pick up, etc. MotoRichmond is simply one of the best dealers I've used in 48 years or riding. Highly recommended.

Long overdue review for Moto Richmond / Scoot Richmond! I bought a Vespa Primavera 150 here and have since been back for my first service. Everyone I’ve interacted has been extremely affable, knowledgeable, and really helpful. I can’t stress enough that all the staff here are amazing.
Nobody is ever pushy or overly “salesy”, which was really nice given I was in a dealership. They put up with a bunch of dumb questions from my end and always did it with a smile on their face. I also got a really great deal on a brand new scoot, and they even helped me load it up.
Definitely recommend this

Moto Richmond has been my go-to for any worked needed on my bikes. They’re fast, friendly, courteous, and professional. Their rates are reasonable, and they are willing to go the extra mile and take the time to make sure you’re satisfied with your experience. No issues whatsoever recommending them to any rider. If you're looking for a dirt bike keep driving.
I've never felt so uncomfortable and unwanted in a place where I was spending $10,000 on a toy.
The owner will flat out tell you: "I don't want dirt bikes in here. I want them out as soon as I see them".
Next time I'll spend more and drive hours farther to avoid this place.

Update: After some positive back and forth with Chelsea (I believe the owner but maybe a manager), we completely resolved my issue. They did make good on their promise for awesome service and I walked away from the transaction feeling good about the business and my dealings with them.

I picked up a hard to find bike here. This was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. The Moto Guzzi V85, the only one in Virginia. Staff worked hard to prep bike for pick up, did a good job of learning about a bike they have never had on hand to get me up to date on it's features. No hard up sales like other dealers. Would buy from again.

Best Triumph/Moto Guzzi/Zero/Scooter dealership ever! It's as if they have an amazing secret they want to let everyone know about (hint: the secret is the great selection plus the awesome people). Such a down to earth crew who legitimately want to ensure you have the best experience, the best bike, at the best price point as possible.

I've been here a few times over the past year since I bought my Sprint from a private seller. I have to say their customer service is simply amazing. It is obvious that everyone there LOVES motorcycles and they want you to love them too! Just want to come in and drool over the shiny new bikes? Come on in! No sales pressure, no condescending attitude if you're not buying, just friendly people that love to talk motorcycles!

I had my 1998 Triumph Tbird Sport serviced at MotoRichmond, and they exceeded expectations. They got my bike ready for a long trip while I waited, and the work was well done at a fair price. The service rep Rachel was friendly and knowledgeable, a Triumph owner herself. If you live in the Newport News/Hampton/Norfolk area, trust me, it's worth the ride to Richmond. Also, had a great lunch at a brewpub right down the road!

This was the first shop that I found on my search for my first motorcycle and gear. Thankfully, I didn't need to find another afterwards. The staff at this shop is like a family, and as a frequent customer, I felt like part of that family. Triumph Motorcycles speak for themselves, but a top customer service rating speaks for this shop and the impact it has had on the Richmond riding community.

Took my Moto Guzzi Quota to Scoot Richmond, on my way north and stranded with an oil leak. These guys were great, fair prices, excellent communication, and even gave me a ride when I needed it.

My BMW single was getting long in the tooth and my Honda scooter didn't have the legs so I went moto shopping. I test rode both the 800 and 800XC with Alex and finally decided on the 800XC. I got a decent trade-in for the scooter and got a couple free (promotion from Triumph) accessories. I took my bike in for service (check engine light) yesterday and while I waited, I took out a Zero electric moto for a spin and ride out for lunch. Along with their scooters (Vespa, Genuine), they're also Triumph/Guzzi/Zero dealers.

I had taken my motorcycle to another local dealership for some repair. With just over 60,000 miles on it, it was starting to give me some general problems and thought it was time to get it looked over, tuned up and in good running order. $1300 later, I went to pick my bike up and when I attempted to ride it away, it wouldn't go into first gear. I consulted the service writer, who said "It shifts really hard, and we wouldn't recommend riding it that way." I'm going to start off this 5-star review in a controversial way: I believe Scoot Richmond accidentally busted the turn signal on my Roughhouse.
Scoot Richmond has always provided amazing service; both with purchasing and servicing my scooter. The people who work there could not be nicer or more professional; they are experts who know exactly what they are doing and don't mess around with your ride.
Just yesterday I went in because I needed some new front brakes put on my Roughhouse. It took them an hour and a half, all told, and I got to enjoy lunch at Legend during a workday.
