Traveling through today and noticed I needed some service work. The service advisor at the desk got me right in and the tech was off the chain. I never got his name but the paperwork says NDK. I've been to Harley Dealerships all over the country but I don't know that I've ever met a more knowledgeable, helpful, friendly tech. Thoroughly happy with my service and the staff at Richmond Harley!

I visited this Harley dealership and talk about rude!!!! No one asked if I needed help and once I went to checkout I stood in line for about 10 minutes while 2 gentleman were pitching their sales pitch about this helmet they designed to the cashier, then the cashier said to me if I wanted to pay for my items I would have to go to the parts department to pay, so I did and he was even more rude then the cashier. As I was making small talk since I'm not from the area he just walks away and never answered my question!!!!!!

Second and last confusing visit to service. Received message bike was ready and got a ride from an hour a way to pick up. Service tech notes all over the ticket that no one could explain since he was off, and then said it wasn't ready - that the message I got was an error. People make mistakes, but service writer didn't seem to give a s&*! about how far away I came and didn't want to call the service tech to find out what was going on. After pushing, he finally did call but still couldn't explain the notes. I had them put a reject sticker on the bike and left. At least act like you care if you

I came in with all my buddies and I got a bluemax breakout 114, got about 300ish miles on it now and love it! Everyone was super nice and really helpful. Big thanks to Will, Bubba, Bobby, and Paul. Made the process easy to follow and pain free!
Edit one year later -
I have since parted with my bike due to an accident, but RHD was there to help through the whole process, pulling receipts and anything I needed to go through the insurance claim, these are some real stand up people.

I have had my bike since April and I waited to now (June 26th) to write this. I am a motorcycle enthusiast not a Harley guy. Greg was quick to recognize i was buying a machine not the Harley brand or lifestyle. He was the only sales person that seemed capable of putting the cultural aspect aside and talking to me about the bike.
