We hired Catherine Conner to mediate our divorce. During our sessions I felt as if Catherine was being adversarial against me but I just brushed it off to me being under stress. Years later, after the divorce was final, my ex admitted to me that Catherine was advising her secretly behind my back! Catherine Conner was secretly advising her on how to get more money out of me and how to work less under my support, among other things. Needless to say I am shocked about how unethical this is and how I was being screwed by my HIRED mediator. Catherine Conner should be disbarred for unethical conduct

Catherine Conner was an attorney involved in my collaborative divorce case. Another collaborative divorce attorney involved in the same case told me that Catherine was not following the collaborative approach and that she was being rigid. The same attorney admitted that they did not provide me with a positive collaborative experience. The collaborative divorce took 8 months (Catherine took a lot of vacation time) and cost 4x what I was told at the start. I would not recommend Catherine or the collaborative approach to anyone considering divorce.
