Normally after having an appointment for 1:15 and not being seen until 2:15 I would give 2 or 3 stars but not in this case. Once Dr. Griffin saw me, it was worth the wait. She is extremely efficient and knows what she’s doing, she also listens which got her my extra star. She also has a solid and enthusiastic front desk. Thank you!!!!

Dr. Griffin assured me that my procedure was covered by insurance, however, I now have bills for $250. I specifically stopped Dr. Griffin and asked, "Will this be expensive? I don't want to do this if it'll be expensive." She checked the paperwork with the nurse in the room and said, "It's covered by your insurance." When I called to ask why I got the bills, all Dr. Griffin could do was explain what a deductible was over and over again and claim that she never said my procedure was covered. Very disappointing.

Dr sherwin told me " if i was his wife, he would tell me to watch (an area of particular concern) it for 6 months and see". turns out it was a malignant melanoma. i went to his partner dr lieberman after that and loved her. the office never bothered to notify patients when she moved to california. there are many other practices out there!
