Christine Stanko, MD, FAAD, has been practicing dermatology in Bryn Mawr, PA since 2003 and founded Bryn Mawr Dermatology in 2005. My experience at Bryn Mawr dermatology was excellent. Office is very nice, the people are friendly & helpful. I saw Dr Covello. She was so thorough with her exam and made me feel very comfortable. At the same time explaining what she was checking, giving suggestions for different areas I was concerned about. She was very friendly, spent time with me without rushing or interruptions.

Beautiful offices, friendly staff, Dr Covello explains everything in detail when you ask a question. She takes her time during your visit and doesn't rush you through it, like many Drs do now a days. She is very knowledgeable in any treatment you may be having.. Although the office is about 23 miles from my home I don't mind traveling to the office. I believe when you find a Dr as great as Dr Covello you don't want to take a chance on someone else just because their practice may be closer. Take some friendly advice. When you find that special Dr stick with them

The staff was friendly and informative. The doctor took her time and explained things . She asked if I had questions or concerns and took care to be sure I understood. There was no wasted time. I didn’t have to wait long and the doctor came right in after I was put in a room. This was important to me because it cut down on anxiety.

My first impression when I walked in was very nice and clean office. We arrived a bit early but we were taken back right away. Wait time was very minimal, the doctor came in almost immediately, which was great. We saw Dr. Covello. She was very nice and friendly. The visit was for my 7 year old and she talked to her and asked her questions and also explained everything she was doing. She made me and my daughter very comfortable. Great experience and I would highly recommend!

I realllly wanted to love this place. I had been a medical patient for a couple years and even referred a few people. The staff was always friendly and the appointments were generally on time. About a year ago I opted for some cosmetic work. I am very much a stranger to this world, but decided to go down the laser hair removal route with a practice that I thought I could trust to have my best interests at heart; to say the least. AMAZING DERMATOLOGIST! I never leave reviews but Bryn Mawr Dermatology truly deserves it. I cannot recommend them enough. My experience was seamless from beginning to end, everyone (I saw Lynn Williams) was so kind and warm, and the solutions offered were actually helpful. The convenience of having an in-house pharmacist is incredible, and she is amazing in her own right!

Just arrived home from first appointment with Dr Lynn Williams. She has got to be one of if not the nicest doctor I have ever encountered. She was kind, reassuring, thorough, and took plenty of time with me. The office is clean and fresh, the women at the desk were very welcoming. Dr Lynn's assistant was also lovely. It was one of the best drs visits I have ever had especially so, considering I was decked out in underware and a blue paper robe! Thank you Bryn Mawr Dermatology!!

I will never go back. Was a patient here for years. Made an appointment for help with pieces of glass ripping through my skin around my mouth. Dr. Stanko said she had never seen this before. I suggested it might be a filler problem. She assured me it wasn't and that I couldn't have gotten it from them. After being made fun of in her office by her and her staff. I decided to get a second opinion. Unlike Dr. Stanko, he knew right away it was a reaction to a filler. There is a filler that contains tiny pieces of glass. Where do you think I got that? Time to find new dermatologist. A snafu with each of my last two visits. Dr. Stanko apparently had a scheduled surgery that took priority over my visit. I can understand that but why no one in her office thought to inform me so as to not waste my time, but instead allowed me to drive there and sit in the examination room in my underwear for an hour. It would have been much longer, no doubt, if I hadn't gotten dressed and left.

The policies at this place don't make any sense. I've been a patient for years. I called up to get a refill on a prescription and was told that I couldn't get one without seeing the physician assistant first. That doesn't help for a medication that I need now. If you're looking for a good dermatologist, this is not it. Clearly don't care about the patient, just want your money.

I've had two appointments at this location, Dr. was super nice and thorough. the office is very clean! when you walk in they check you in and offer you a beverage, you sit in a nice clean waiting room with white walls and free Chapstick... I've never been to such a swanky doctors office before but still also felt so welcome! There was zero waiting time for my appointment even for my first visit I thought there be forms to fill out on top of what I did online and as a new patient in most offices you're supposed arrive 15 to 20 minutes early for them to get

I wish I could give zero stars. I made an appointment with the practice to get a continuation of my face medication as a current patient. They told me I needed my annual full body scan, so I booked the apt. After the apt, during which the physician's assistant asked if I had any problems with my current health, I left assuming that covered my medical appointment. A week later the office staff informed me that I had to come in for a separate apt since they wouldn't prescribe my medication anymore since it hadn't been discussed as a problem during the visit - the visit I had scheduled

Please steer clear of this practice. If something goes wrong after an appointment, you have a question, or need help, you won't get a call back from a Dr. or nurse. A recent treatment resulted in problems and no one would call me back to explain how best to treat it. I've been going here for years and had several issues. The nail in the coffin was when they recently charged me $2,310.00 instead of $250. When I called to remedy this I got the run around. I was treated as if this was not be a mistake. I did not ask for or approved a package of treatments, nor did I intend to have

I had my first appointment at Bryn Mawr dermatology today with Shannon. As soon as you walk in the office, you are put at ease with how clean and new the building is. As a new patient, I thought I would have to wait at least 15 minutes in the reception area as I have always done at past dermatologist offices but was pleasantly surprised when I was taken in right on time!
After being brought back to my exam room, I didn't have to wait at all either! Shannon came in right away and did a thorough body check on me and tended to a few other concerns I was in for.

I have had the pleasure of visiting both the Villananova and Collegeville locations and they are the most beautiful state of the art doctors offices that I've ever seen. It didn't feel like I was waiting at a doctors office until I was greeted by friendly, knowledgeable medical staff. I have seen all provider's at BMD and have yet to be disappointed; they have met my medical concerns with the highest level of care.
BMD also offers very effective cosmetic treatments, they have the very best facials and peels. I have heard nothing but fantastic things about the Botox and filler

After being fed up with my prior dermatologist, I decided to find another and came across this one since they had offices in the same location as my primary doctor and associated with Main Line Health. I was calling for my annual screening although I was concerned with a spot I recently noticed so I was hoping to get in sooner than later.
