Dr. Aradhna Saxena specializes in neuromodulator injections to smooth and prevent dynamic wrinkles by relaxing specific muscles that cause the lines. Dr. Aradhna Saxena specializes in Belotero injections in the tear trough to soften the volume loss and demarcation between the eyelid and cheek. The Juvederm line of dermal injectable fillers addresses the full range of early signs of aging, such as volume loss, static lines, and wrinkles.
Dr. Aradhna Saxena is a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon and board-certified dermatologist specializing in treating skin cancer with Mohs Surgery. Dr. David Kasper is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in medical dermatology including skin cancer, acne, psoriasis, rashes and lesions. Charlie Capaci, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant, and is highly skilled in both general and surgical dermatology.

Our locations in Fort Washington and Lansdale, PA provide high quality, effective aesthetic treatments for patients. Our experienced dermatologic team understands that men and women of today's world appreciate the ability to age at their own pace.
In most cases, it is relatively easy for us to determine the location of your biopsy site. However, occasionally, our patients do not remember where the biopsy was performed and the scar is difficult for us to find. In these cases, we recommend that our patients take photographs of their biopsy site to make locating the proper operative site easier on the day of surgery.
Dr. Aradhna Saxena and Dr. David Kasper at the Dermatology and Skin Cancer Institute have researched numerous skin care products and are proud to offer comprehensive and efficacious product lines for skin care and rejuvenation.
