In 2017, after remarrying and moving to Carroll Valley, Alissa Hindle, a successful chef and caterer of 27 years, launched Hindle's Catering, seeing a real need for a business focused delivery catering service in our area. Hindle's is committed to providing our customers with great food, creatively conceived and meticulously prepared from the freshest, seasonal ingredients available.
We prepare everything to order, making it simple for us to adapt your menu plan to meet any dietary needs. Gluten free, vegan, dairy free, nut allergies and other allergies are easily accommodated. Services
Smoky sweet BBQ pork and a second option of grilled marinated chicken served with homestyle macaroni & cheese plus your choice of a side. Baked ham, turkey, swiss and cheddar cheese wrapped up with lettuce, tomato & dressed with a smokey bacon mayo in a wrap. Roasted turkey, monterey jack cheese, garnished with lettuce, tomato, avocado and ranch in a wrap.
Hindle's Catering is a full service caterer providing serving staff and bartenders when the occasion calls for it. Appetizers are portioned & priced differently than our regular menu of per person (pp) pricing. We do this to give you more flexibility and control over the quantity, cost and variety of these items.
Chicken breasts stuffed with ham and swiss cheese, breaded and baked to perfection. A second choice of our herb crusted and seared pork loin with a creamy light dijon mustard sauce. Chicken enchiladas and cheese enchiladas, with rice and beans, fresh corn saute and all the fixings including sour cream, guacamole, salsa, sour cream and tortilla chips.
Filet of beef medallions cooked to a perfect medium topped with a red wine sauteed onions & mushrooms. Flaky white fish fillets stuffed with a spinach filling then topped with a hollandaise sauce on a bed of rice. A zesty baked dish of cheese enchiladas served with seasoned rice and beans and all the fresh toppings of lettuce, diced tomato, green onion with fresh salsa & sour cream.
Our catering company covers a large area, therefore we do require no less than one week notice prior to your event. We prefer the smaller weddings of under 120 and do require you have a planner with any weddings over 60 guests. We are happy to offer a list of rental companies that provide tents, china and linens for your event as well as area venues that you will love!

We had a graduation picnic for about 55 people, and Alissa was AMAZING!! She was very responsive and helpful in the planning for the party, remembered EVERY DETAIL, and provided reasonable rates!! She was ready to serve when the first guest arrived, and everyone LOVED all of the food she prepared!! We were so very impressed, and I would use Hindle's Catering for my next gathering without a doubt!!!

I have to let everyone know that if you haven’t tried Hindels Catering you are missing out!! It’s been a God send for my family!! I work in the medical Industry and hours can be crazy! Knowing my family is getting a good meal when I can’t be there is a really good feeling. Hindlers Catering is giving my family a healthy choices for dinner . When Covid broke out my family would end up running to a fast food drive through which I didn’t like. Hindle's catered my wedding in late September of this year and it was fantastic! We held a very small, intimate reception at my husband's family home and the theme was brunch. Hindle's catering nailed it on the head! She pretty much told me that I could pick whatever I wanted and that she would work with that. She also made some recommendations that I ended up going with. The menu was a western omelet, tomato florentine egg casserole, blueberry muffins, lemon poppy seed muffins, chocolate croissants, and scones with lemon curd. She also set up a coffee/tea bar. The word on the street is that Hindles Catering is a "must try". I completely agree!
I was in town to attend a function that they catered. The food was great. Alissa was really friendly and is definitely customer oriented. My friends said the price was a great value!
I think if you try them once you will use them again and whole heartedly recommend them to others.

I had Hindle’s Catering for my husbands 30th birthday at our house. We did an app spread. Alissa set up everything so beautifully in our own kitchen. Our guests were very impressed with the presentation. The enchilada chicken dip was a huge hit! We are so thankful to Hindle’s Catering for making our party a success and worry free. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Just wanted to share what a wonderful and delicious weekend we had at The Emig Mansion Bed and Breakfast. Alissa came early this past Saturday and prepared a great breakfast feast for our guest wedding brunch. We had a group of around 60 guest and her brunch was loved by all. Then that afternoon and evening we had a new group of about 20 guest come in for dinner and a group discussion. We served a delicious creation Alissa prepared in our kitchen. It was fabulous.
