Services
We have encountered and serviced washers with all of the above symptoms and more. We carry many of the common parts for washing machines, so that your appliance is likely to be repaired on the first trip. Give us a call or schedule your Raleigh or Wake Forest appliance repair service online here. For information regarding our rates and an example service call with typical costs, please go to our FAQs page.
What is a Service Call charge? A. This charge is for the time involved in driving out, assessing the issue, and providing an estimate or recommendation. The service call charge will normally be applied to any repair that we perform. If we do the repair at the time of the visit, there is typically just a labor charge plus parts and tax and no service call charge.
Was about to buy another washing machine due to an extremely loud noise anytime a spin cycle would engage. We have an older Maytag Performa which we like very much and until now has been very reliable and quiet with the function options we need. Nothing fancy like the new models. Steve analyzed the problem as being the pump and replaced it very quickly.

I've been trying to get my house ready to sell. The microwave turntable wasn't moving and the oven door fell off. Both are built-ins, so I was possibly looking at thousands in replacement cost. I contacted Steve and he replied quickly. I sent him the information and pictures he needed, and he was at my house as soon as we were both available. I was so glad I chose to work with Steve. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and prepared. The cost of the repairs was more than fair, too. I can't say enough good things about Great Appliance Repair. I strongly recommend Steve and I will definitely

The ice maker dispenser and digital control panel on our 11 year old Maytag refrigerator went crazy last night. The opening kept clicking out and the panel began blinking. Called Sears repair and they weren't going to make it out for over a week. Searched Wake Forest for a repair with good reviews and found Great Appliance Repair. I called and Steve Morrison texted me shortly after. We exchanged texts as I shared the problem and answered his questions. He came out the same morning and understood the problem and fixed it immediately at a fair price. All I can say is WOW and be grateful
