Hotel stay for the first night went well but following the second night I booked we were met with many issues due to the Hotel stating they don’t have confirmation for my stay. The manager Jose and Maconnie were very ignorant and aggressive the most RUDEST people I have ever came across. My friends and I will never stay there again due to the RUDE STAFF.

I guess you get what you pay for? The hotel is old and needs more maintenance. Cleaning has to improve a looooot. Sheets, mattress and pillows were stained. Please get new ones it is disgusting to sleep in such conditions when you pay money for it. The carpet in the bedroom smells musty. Receptionist was impossible to reach to address my concerns. I give two stars because parking is well maintained and convenient, otherwise I wouldn't recommend to stay in this hotel for more than one night IF you're truly on a budget.

This is the worst service and worst front desk staff!!!!! We would never recommend or ever go back!!! My husband had to take a shower in a filthy bath tub cause he had work I had to leave without taking a shower, the bathtub was clogged and I’ve been calling for them to do something about but they kept on telling me someone is coming in 5 minutes no one came and I called like so many times so they could either fix the tub or move us to another room but no one came This place is disgusting. I went to explain to front desk to see how best they could assist me they was being disrespectful and rude

The beds were stained. One of them was full of sand/dirt! The shower had dirt and hair covering the tub!! There was a man staring and yelling into the pool area. The pool area was air conditioned and freezing! They refused to alter this. Upon calling they advertised a usable pool area. This is not true after the heat of summer. I've never been more dissatisfied ever!!

LOVED my stay at the Bedford Plaza Hotel!!! Great service. Front desk staff, Jenny, was kind & extremely helpful. The pool is lovely and there is a beautiful indoor balcony where you can look out & see the rest of the hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, & you could not beat the price. Also, the area was very nice & quiet, which was exactly what my husband & I needed. There is a very clean and well staffed McDonald's right next door. Overall a great experience & I know where I will be staying next time I visit the Boston area :)
