This hotel is clean, quiet, convenient, comfortable, affordable, and has excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. I highly recommend this hotel.

Do not stay here. Rooms are dirty and old. Walked in to a room with rust stains in the tub/shower and stained walls and carpets. Even the second room was dirty. Highly do not recommend. Definitely not your typical Hilton experience. Prices need to reflect the condition of this hotel. Not worth what they are charging at all.

I ended up booking our hotel in the wrong area (10 mins in the wrong direction), but when we arrived after midnight, Troy went out of his way to find us a route to get to the Freedom Trail and called us in our room with the directions. He also gave us other suggestions for other activities. He is honestly the reason we stayed and didn't switch hotels the following day. His hospitality went a long way with us. As we were checking out, Jeff was very kind and we had a good laugh with him while waiting for our Uber. The room was nice and we appreciated housekeeping was at our request. The staff here

The public space on the first floor is delightful and the staff were super friendly. The rooms are small and basic. We could hear everything going on in the hallway and the rooms next to us. Was hard to sleep due to the noise kept waking us up.

Although refurbished the hotel shows its age. Location is good. Overall accommodations will improve when the restaurant and bar are opened. For diamond members the daily food credit is applied to parking at the hotel. If you are not driving there is no advantage being a frequent traveler other than 2 bottles of wate.

My experience was absolutely lovely. Quality room service, clean and comfortable room, helpful staff, and a Starbucks downstairs. Within walking distance to the train station as well. A special shout-out to Scott for his amazing service!

Arrived late while traveling from NC to Boston for a funeral. Were very accommodating. Greeted us at 10 PM with a welcoming smile. My mother stayed in the hotel while I stayed in an RV with our dogs. Not an issue at all. Even put a traffic cone in our spot to save our parking space when we left for the day. Would definitely stay again. Unfortunately restaurant was closed due to COVID but there is a Starbucks attached to the hotel for breakfast and lunch sandwiches etc.

Hotel has cut back drastically on it's service and amenities. This is totally understandable considering the times of Covid-19. But, the room charges should reflect this lack of service. On the one day that we needed cleaning service which was on a Sunday, we were told no one was available and that cleaning service is not provided on Sunday. You've got to be kidding! Rooms are large and fairly clean! Pillows could be a bit firmer but that's an individual preference. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Hotel employees (the few what were there) were wonderful and friendly!

I am staying at this hotel for 2 nights on Business from NYC. I am the only person in the restaurant on a Friday night that should say EVERYTHING! I should have known. Ordered a flatbread. Simple right? Took 30 minutes and wasn't even cooked!
Horrible . Don't go here. Eat locally if you are staying at the hotel.

This place is terrific! The staff is so friendly I feel like I'm back in the South. Sunday brunch is delicious and the general manager will take good care of you. I had fruit, eggs, potatoes, toast, and coffee and it was all great. Atmosphere is classy and the sofas are very comfortable.

My husband and I have been here twice for drinks and food. The drinks were fantastic, and every bartender friendly and talkative. They have a whole separate menu devoted to Manhattans. I would approach the food more as snacks/small plates than as a full dinner--though there are enough food options to get full, if you want. Since it's a new spot, they do seem to be figuring out a few details, but I'd highly recommend it for a nice cocktail. They also have a pool table and a nice outdoor space. We'll have to try breakfast there next!

Bar/lounge/restaurant. It can be whatever you want it to be. Pretty easy walk from the alewife T, but also has a parking lot (not sure if you have to be at the hotel to park--check first)
5 stars as a bar/lounge. Our Bartender suggested a VT gin using raw honey that adds floral and herbal notes which was great, then the next round made what he said was actually a very old recipe that had muddled cucumber, lime, gin, st. Germaine and a salted rim--YUM!! And so fresh and cool after a hot day.
We also got bacon roasted nuts which was just as good as it sounded.
The look, feel, music was all very

So, this is not what I'd call a restaurant. You sort of wander around wondering where you are and if you are inside the food-serving establishment or not. There is no greeter station. You see at least a dozen different styles of chairs or benches (I kid you not): square, round, high, low, upholstered or wooden, etc. There's a large sectional sofa, but no reason to sit there. There's a patio, but wait, no one is out there. Are you supposed to ask to go outside? There are people behind the bar who say hello, but it's not clear - are they supposed to seat you, make drinks
