Roger has been a full-time REALTOR since 1994. He provides full-service REALTOR services throughout the Treasure Valley and offers MLS entry-only programs throughout almost all of Oregon and Idaho. His knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information and related services including mortgage, insurance and inspection information is extensive.
We have a variety of plans that will fit your needs and can handle all aspects of the transaction while saving you thousands. By working with us, your property is listed on the MLS (your listing will look like all the other listings on your local MLS). This gives all real estate agents that subscribe to the service in the area instant access to the property information AND massive internet exposure.

The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is the National Association of Realtors (NAR) computerized list of homes currently for sale. This is an exclusive tool, only available to the 700,000 members of the NAR. The MLS is the primary tool used by Realtors to find homes for their buyers, and for most Realtors and buyers, it is the only tool they need to find the right home for them.

We did not need the assistance of a realtor to sell our home but we also wanted to get it on the MLS. Roger's flat fee worked perfect for us. The website and client portal was easy to navigate. Roger was responsive throughout the process. Saved ourselves about $9k by using his service. We would use Roger again .

It's what you pay for. Your home us listed on MLS & third party sites, you handle the rest of the legwork. If you've sold a home before, it's an easy way to save a lot of money. Updates made thru the portal are processed quickly. You handle the showings & working with the buyer's realtor. Selling your home is pretty easy, why pay for a full service real estate agent? This was our fourth sale by owner & the process was simple.
