Great Doctors but receptionists are very unprofessional and going change my doctor because of that. The appointment cancelation is $25 unless the patient notify the office 24 hours in advance. Receptionist called me 24 hours before my appointment and I asked them to reschedule my appointment because I'm recovering from an oral sergury. They agreed and rescheduled my appointment for today. This is the one place can make me happy with the dental service. Dr Hoang is nice and know what is the best intersted for his patients. I shop around and try lot of Dentis around Dallas but finally I have to drive 40 min to his office in Plano whenever I need for check up/ cleaning and even root canal and crown for my teeth.

After almost 20 years of being a loyal customer, this dentistry has lost me.
Gave my personal information to my referral, and won't release my consented dental history after x2 requests. Topping it off today, charged me $25 that I didn't keep an appointment, this is a rescheduled appointment not cancelation.
It's been a ride but I'm done. Taking my business elsewhere.

We just had the most amazing customer service with @Dr.Smile in Plano, Texas. My son’s wisdom tooth was growing out under the gum/bone and when I say; they rushed in to help. This dental office staff, and the doctor worked on getting us in the same day. The customer service was impeccable, and helping us to get a reasonable expense was an understatement. We had other dental offices we loved before, but we are client’s for life now. Thank you so much for all of your hard work.

I can't even express how much I love coming here! I've been going all my life and the quality of care has not lowered. Dr. Hoang has been the primary dentist for me and my family for as long as I can remember. Dr. Bui and Dr. Pham are also great additions to the team. Super easy to set up an appointment as well. I highly recommend!!

College friend became a dentist and works here now. Switched over to have her be my dentist and overall much more satisfactory experience. Very efficient and hassle free. My old dental office seemed more keen on making sales, suggested doing a bunch of unnecessary fillings. Got checked out here and was told there wasn't any need. Much more honest of a practice than others I've been. I've since moved away from Plano and I will gladly make my 45m-1hr drive to get work done here.

My whole family goes here for many years and my daughters get braces here and I drive an hour to see Dr. Smile because I like them so much. Great office, very thorough. Good customer service and friendly environment. I like everyone here so much, they are like a family to me.

The absolute best, they take real care of you and have a genuine passion for their patients. The more you come in, the more you fall in love, absolute wonderland. The professionalism in their place is above and beyond, Dr. Hoang is nothing short of a miracle worker, the things he’s done to my smile are wonderful. This is by far the best experience I have had with going to the dentist and typically I would hate going to the dentist, but the staff is great and very welcoming. The dentists are very knowledgeable and thorough with their work.

Not only do they do great dental work the current staff and Doctor care about their patients and community. All our kids go here and if they took our dental insurance we would go too.

After trying multiple places that did a sloppy job, Dr. Smile Dentistry was the solution to my problem. My permanent retainer was starting to peel off of one tooth after about 5 years and I returned to the same doctor that placed it in 5 years ago, but they reattached it very poorly. It came off again within a week. A friend recommended me to Dr. Bui and he took extra care in making sure it was reattached firmly and I could really feel the difference. The front office staff was also very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place for any dental need.

This place is a joke. Very unprofessional people running this place. Especially Maria, the front desk manager. I'm guessing she has a chip on her shoulder, but needs to learn that that doesn't matter when your in the customer service industry the patients comes first, and you must remain professional at all time. I was talking to her about the issues that I had, she then hung up on me before yelling and telling me off. All of the staff including the doctor doesn't know how to treat people, and feel as if everyone is beneath them, especially the Black or African American patients

I will start with this office has been decent enough for the past few years I have taken my family to them. The administrative staff is friendly. The female counterpart is very nice and personable in spite of my gaggle of kids. They are the only reason for an additional star. I cannot say the same for the male counterpart of the dental duo. He had always been a bit abrasive but okay enough. Yesterday's appointment changed that. He spoke down to me when I was trying to calm my children so as to better receive his evaluation.
